We were very lucky that Qi managed to accommodate us without prior booking. Once again our room was clean and comfortable, with useful kettle for hot drinks and biscuits. In the communal lounge room there is also a fridge and microwave, which is useful if one wants to make somthing simple to eat. Myself and my son always feel welcomed... More

Cute B&B just across from the beach and a short walk to the Eastbourne Pier. Good place to stay if you plan to do activities around Eastbourne or just relax. Room 4&5 have balconies too and worth requesting them if it's your thing. However they face the main road and can be cold, windy, noisy and lack privacy. The breakfast... More

We had a five night stay. We were in the family room. It as described as having a sea view but it was a partial view from a corner window. The toilet seat was broken as was the curtain rail. Skimpy curtains that were not lined. No room for chest of drawers so we had to live out of our... More

I spent a one-night stay here. Qi, the owner, was very friendly. I was given a twin bedded room, at the side of the hotel overlooking Princes Park, but also with a sea view. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The en suite was a little on the small side but adequate. Breakfast was plentiful... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Far End Guest House. The room was clean and cozy with sea view. The host Qi was so friendly and offered us an unforgettable experience. Although the weather was horrible when we visited, this place was nice and heart-warming.

Great location right next door to Princes Park, we had double room from where we could see the sea, and the park, room was a little small, but adequate as we only stayed 2 nights, the shower room again a little small but adequate. Tea & Coffee, squash and biscuits supplied in room. Car park available, but we couldnt get... More

We booked the Far End Guest House at the last minute and so glad that we did. We had the double room with the balcony and sea view so we were able to sit out in the sun. Everything has been thought of at the Far End and there are lots of nice touches, I've read other reviews which mention... More

My friend and I stayed here for one night whilst walking the final stage of the South Downs Way (We walked from west to East). The Down-side; The B&B is in a convenient location, but is situated right on a busy main road so we didn't get a great nights sleep from the noise of constant traffic, through out the... More
