Stayed with my wife on a coach tour, found this hotel a bit better than normal coach tour hotels. We had a room on 5th floor with a great view of the pier and promenade. A good sized room with loads of drawers and hanging space, while décor was not great it was clean and had a nice bathroom and... More

Hotel was perfectly acceptable for 90 GBP Seaview dbl inc bfst. It was clean, staff was friendly at front desk and restaurant. Room was quiet and very large and mattress quality was good. Location is very good, right at the marina parade, near the pier and happening Terminus road. The hotel bar is large but poorly stocked. A collection of... More

I recently spent 4 nights at this hotel with half board. The manager made himself available to welcome the coach party and would be often at the reception desk and around the hotel. Both he and his staff gave a high level of service and were always on hand to help. It appeared that nothing was too much trouble. The... More

August 14th for a week. Hotel excellent; decor very good, clean, tidy very welcoming. Entertainment and food very good. Bar prices a bit steep but that is the only complaint. Nice to see the manager available and attentive.

My wife and I were on a Cloud Nine Holiday from Northampton. When we arrived the Hotel Manager came out to cheerily greet us on the coach while our luggage was taken to our rooms. Booking in was very efficient and friendly. The hotel has been maintained extremely well. Everything looked fresh and new and the Victorian features of the... More

This is a beautiful period hotel, well brought upto date for the modern age. The grandure of the hotel is obivous both inside and out and displays around the hotel give you a glimsp of its past. The rooms are a good size, clean and well presents. The staff were welcomingand helpful. I recommend twin room 208, sea view looking... More

Writing this on behalf of my Mum. She highly recommends this hotel. It is good value for money. The rooms were clean, beds extremely comfortable and good choice of menu. Entertainment was delightful too. She was very lucky to have a sea view. The staff were outstanding throughout her stay. Couldn't do enough for you. Bare in mind this is... More

This holiday was a disaster. My friend and I were put on a table for the week with an elderly gentleman (a stranger to us) on his own and suffering from Altzeimers. We helped him throughout the week to order food and poured his tea as he had physical problems. Not what we expected! Our waiter 'blanked us' after we... More

just returned from an Alfa tour; From the moment we arrived to our departure we were made to feel so welcome. Room was clean and well furnished. Food was wonderful, with good choice at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.
