This was our second stay at Beach View and we were not disappointed. This is the perfect place for a relaxed holiday, excellent accommodation and friendly attentive staff. Excellent, we had an amazing time here. The staff and Management were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The villas were excellent beautifully decorated and spotless. The pools and gardens are beautiful and position is just across the road from the beach.

Great location near Holetown with plenty of shopping opportunities. Gorgeous beaches nearby. Some excellent restaurants very close. Suites were spacious and well equipped. Couldn’t fault anything. Thank you for a great two week holiday. Would definitely return.

I can’t begin to rate this hotel highly enough. All the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Our room is perfect, a fully equipped kitchen plus washing room with washing machine and drier. A living room with an additional dining table and TV. Master bedroom with en suite and two double wardrobes. The two main pools were just outside our veranda but still lovely and quiet as there is so much wonderful planting in the gardens which are stunning. The location is great, there’s a small beach across the road or a 10 minute walk to Paynes Bay beach which is everything that a Caribbean beach should be. Buses run past the hotel very frequently either north to Speightstown or south to the airport and many stops in between. There’s a small fish market opposite for daily fresh fish and a street seller of fresh fruit and veg plus a 24hr petrol station 5 minutes walk away for essentials and finally a supermarket 1-2miles in either direction. As well as Sugar Apple at the hotel there are several bar/restaurants of varying price ranges within walking distance. In our opinion a gem of a hotel and we will definitely return…

Family run, EXCELLENT location - you can walk to so many places including the Cliff. The apartments are great and are spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. Great on site restaurant that sells Minuty wine (Yes!) and lovely food, breakfast, lunch etc, and rum punch! Would return and recommend.

Very nice apartment block, well equipped kitchen and lovely view of the bay and pool from the balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful, the pool area was clean and tidy and never too busy, no need to get the towels down at 7am

We have just got back from a return visit to this wonderful family run hotel. With plenty of notice they were able to accommodate us in the same apartment we had stayed in before and it felt like coming back to our home from home. The apartment is amazingly well equipped and spotlessly clean with stunning views from the balcony where we ate breakfast every morning with the cheeky birds. The owners and staff at this hotel and it's restaurant are without exception, warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful and are what will keep us coming back here. I won't start to name people because there is no one I can leave out! Thank you everyone at Beach View and see you next year.

A fantastic resort with exceptional facilities and staff. It was a real pleasure to stay. The room was incredibly clean, with excellent wifi and other services. The pools were wonderful too. The restaurant and bar is great too, although more healthy choices on the menu would be welcome.

Just returned from this amazing place. Beautiful views of sea and sunsets. Couldn’t fault anything. Family run , nothing too much bother for any of the staff. All so friendly. Place spotlessly clean . Stayed in 312 , and could have stayed another two weeks. Would highly recommend it. Rent a car for a few days to explore and visit supermarket to stock up. Hope to visit again.
