Arrived after midnight, no welcome just checked in and given a so called sandwich and a bottle of water, a teabag and sachet of sugar, no milk, found our room, no kettle, went to turn on tv but not working ( battery missing from remote) went to reception next morning and was given a kettle, no sorry nothing, was told maintenance man would come to the room with battery, an hour later no show, so headed out for the sun, went back to our room, tv had been replaced with a tv from the 80s covered in dust and this is just for starters, found the toilet seat was broken, only one thread & nut, no plug in sink, shower holder broken soon as any water pressure hit the shower head the bathroom was covered, went back to reception and told it would be sorted never did throughout the 10 night stay, staff were rude unfriendly, except Seb & Lala from entertainment team, they were very good at their jobs, now you might think I'm just fussy but I'm totally the opposite I make the most of it and just get on with it, after 2 days in this hotel on all inclusive, we decided to go out every night, but I will admit rooms were clean & spacious, the pool was large and clean, this is not a 3 star plus hotel the staff need training in hospitality, this is ok for kids but that's it, I could carry on with the sun bed wars but you probably think I'm just moaning, avoid visit at your own peril!

We are a week home from a two week stay at the Eleni Holiday Village. We are a family of five with 3 children aged 8, 7 and 4. We were greeted on arrival by Mike at reception. He was so helpful throughout our stay. We got lots of invaluable advice on getting around and suitable places to visit with our kids. Thank you Mike! It was great chatting to you. Mike tipped us off on arrival that lunch was still on so we left our bags with him and we went in for our first of MANY delicious meals! It was a great start to our holiday! We then collected our bags and went to find our perfect apartment. We had a one bedroom apartment. The kids had the bedroom with a bunk bed and sofa bed and we had a double in the living area. Our beds were so comfortable. We had a lovely private patio area. The pool was our next stop and it didn't disappoint. It was amazing. Lovely large shallow area for the kids with a slide which they were delighted with. The pool bar was next to it where you can get delicious icecream, cocktails and meals from Souala, Natali and the other bar staff. And Souala's famous Calamari I had read so much about lived up to it's reputation here on tripadvisor! (also thank you lovely Souala for looking after us from Mr. Bailey's Icecream!! wink wink!! ) Thank you Natali and boys for all the delicious cocktails. George and Spiros and LilyAnna and the lovely blonde lady whose name I didn't catch and all the restaurant staff thank you for your friendly welcome every mealtime. To The Eleni Entertainment team!!! Thank You!!! Maddy, Sabastian and Lala, You are all amazing. Our kids LOVED the disco every evening and thanks for all your entertainment during our stay. Our favourite show was the Comedy cabaret which you all took part in on our first night. We enjoyed the bingo also especially the night we won 100,000,000 euro!! Agraipe and all the cleaning team...thank you!! Our rooms were cleaned everyday with toilet paper and towels replaced also! You are such hard workers and it certainly isn't easy in those very hot temperatures. Maintenance team: Thank you for promptly fixing our air conditioning as soon as we reported it. A tip or two: A pull down clothes line attached to the wall on the patio would be very helpful. More beds at the pool please. Also there are a number of very uncomfortable broken beds that could do with replacing. Fans for the wonderful entertainment team at the stage....We felt for them every night in the heat.... All in all a five star holiday. Thank you all .

We have literally just returned from the Eleni Holiday Village and I want to go back. It was a fantastic 11 night holiday and perfect for families with young children. Despite arriving after midnight due to a flight delay we were greeted by kind reception staff who made up sandwich boxes for us and showed us to our room. Rooms are basic, but what more do you need than a bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom etc. Yes they are dated and have huge old TVs, but we didn't go ok holiday to watch TV. The hotel is lovely, pir roo. Had a pool view and it was lovely waking up.to that every day. But what really sets it apart is the staff and the Eleni entertainment team. Soulla in the pool bar was amazing, and Natali in the main made the best cocktails! But the winners of the holiday were Lala, Maddy and Seb. The fab animation team who looked after guest all day and night. From Yoga and Tai Chi to water volleyball, aquagym and killer darts. There was something for everyone. And then in the evening they put on fantastic shows, with some outside performers too - including the fire eater who was insane. The cabaret show was hilarious, the Oriental Circus show was fab and the Greek show just awesome. And my kids LOVED the mini disco every night. The team really went above and beyond!

Most of the reviews on here are pretty much spot on. Nice hotel, basic but rooms are spacious and spotless, everything you need. Great pool, Large, clear and warm, no problem with sunbeds as with some hotels. Food nice, a little samey, but a fair choice, disappointing deserts. Nice food at the pool bar served throughout the day, and drinks are all good. Nice location, couple of mins to swim in the sea lagoon, and a little further to the beach. Not a great deal around, but about 10/15 mins you have Paphos on way and Coral bay the other. Lovely friendly staff at the hotel. Had a great break and would return

When I visited with my family we loved it there, the entertainment team made me feel very welcome and comfortable to be myself and join in on the activities, which I loved. On a y have a wide range of things each night which everyone from all ages can get involved in. Seb was my favourite, very entertaining and made me feel Welcome from the very start. It was good to learn about him and be able to have a friend which could give anyone a good laugh and a very entertaining holiday. This was probably my best holiday and I recommend it for anyone to go to this hotel and get to know the entertainment team as they can make your holiday 10x better
