We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. Would definetely recomand. Food was excelent. Conpliments to the entertainment team. Did a great work providing fun shows in the evening. Great choice of facilities and well maintained. Connection to the island atractions and airport is great, since there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Views from the hotel’s garden are stunning as you can see the sunset. Room was clean. Only recommandation would be for the bathoorms in the rooms to be refurbished, but maybe it was only our room that was a bit outdated.

A family holiday with my husband and 6 year old son. We arrived very late at night and check was not prepared for us (a coach load) and it took a long time. After a day of travelling the only food available was a stale sandwich and the bar was closed (it closes at 11). We had an issue with a very high pitched loud noise in our room which meant for two nights we were unable to sleep until it was fixed, reception were useless and not interested in our issue. The manager was very apologetic and offered us a free late check out room plus gave us a few treats of fruit and a couple of bottles of fizz. Pools are lovely but absolutely freezing. Breakfast and lunch were nice with plenty of choice but the buffet restaurant for the evening meal was as good. It was very noisy and always very busy with a lot less choice. The 3 restaurants were nice though. The evening entertainment for adults was a bit poor but my 6 year old really enjoyed the dancing and the shows on offer. We used the kids club a couple of times, just a room really for arts and crafts. I have been to better all inc's but on the coach coming home my son cried so he absolutely loved every second.

This was a family holiday with me my partner, my daughter and her partner and also grandson who is 18months. First impressions were really good pool scene really good. Snack bar was good and there was plenty to eat. We ate out a few times and went to each a la carte, which the burger one was the better. Also where the nightly entertainment is besides pool is not appropriate for children to run about as no safety barriers. I would suggest the hotel move the seating and night entertainment somewhere else on the hotel grounds that is not too close to the pools. Just a few good points: Staff all brilliant and rooms kept really clean. Plenty off pools and fantastic aqua park for the young ones. Local bus outside for the harbour and two local bars, one to left of the hotel and one to the right, both excellent for food. Bad points: Food a bit rubbish at night in buffet restaurant. We got a few bugs in the bathroom. Pool areas were not cleaned enough through day. No barrier round pool at night when kids disco on so was chasing grandson cause didn’t want him falling in pool. We did have a lovely holiday as this was grandsons first holiday abroad and he loved it! Which for me is all I wanted. Won’t probably return to this hotel but definitely return to Cyprus.

Overall a great hotel. Not quite a 4 star but close to it (hence the 4 and not 3 star). People need to realise 4 star in the UK is totally different to a 4 star in many many countries!!! Literally all staff were wearing face masks and gloves which we thought was great, if you didnt have a mask you would be reminded and handed one if you forgot yours! I think some of the below reviews are too picky and somewhat untrue. Staff are friendly and happy to help as and when. Our room was OK, good size balcony with a great sea view! cleaned everyday to a good standard with fresh towels. Food was great, too many reviews on this are untrue and the hot food….. well was hot! loads to choose from, always found something to enjoy, even our children 9 and 6 had plenty of choice. The Greek for us wasn’t great however Little Italy and the Burger house were great and a nice change. You can book these all once during your stay. Drinks, we found all the drinks to be ok and a good standard for an all inclusive hotel. There is an option to upgrade to a ‘Gold wristband’ which we did priced at 15 euros per adult per day. This had to be taken out for the whole duration of your stay. The drinks in the upgrade are DEFINITELY worth it, we are not big drinkers but get lots of imported alcoholic drinks to choose from, bottled water, bottled fizzy drink and milkshakes too. (This can add up with the kids having milkshakes most days if you do not upgrade) We did have an issue with the band but that was due to being close to end of season and obtaining imported drinks due to current circumstances. ONE thing that 100% must be changed is that the gold banded drinks are available at all the bars and in the main bar in the evening a different place to que. Water park was great, x1 slide out of action, lifeguards were great too (NOT the older guy, he was moody and whistle happy) The animation team were all friendly and happy that you either joined in but also will not pester you if you just want to chill and relax! I cannot remember all the names BUT all were fantastic. The shows to be honest were hit and miss, not exactly what they say they are going to be 😊 however was OK to pass the evening. There was a guy doing animal balloons a few night in a row which was a huge hit with the kids and was also good they started to do the kids mini disco earlier from 1930 which was good. A BIG BIG THANK YOU to EVA (Bar staff Apollo) who was outstanding!! She was well and truly the highlight of all the staff members at this hotel. Very professional, always happy. Great to talk to and funny too. She dose this hotel huge credit and truly hope management see this as she is truly great. She deserves credit!!! Other members of staff who were also great was Attrilla always happy and good to talk to (Bar Staff), Nicos manager of hotel, always helpful (Manager), Alina great at her job (Bar Staff), Zoltan was great a true professional (Bar Staff), Richard (Bar Staff) and Grace she was great in the restaurant always happy and friendly oh and great at fire dancing!!! – The ONLY person who needs to work on his people skills os the Bar manager! He is very rude and somewhat aggressive….. Easy to get anywhere as a bus stop 2 minute walk away and is 1.50 euro for adults and 75c for children each way. 15 – 20 minutes to Harbour to the right of Hotel or Coral Bay 20 – 25 minutes on bus to the left of hotel, Taxis are also easy to get and would suggest getting one away from Hotel as usual they over charge. Few small shops and a pharmacy within a few minutes walk either way. Finally a lot of the reviews are very fussy and can only gather from people who just want to find negatives for no reason, yes there are some areas they need to improve ie the swimming pools NEED attention, rooms to be fully renovated, one water slide in the splash park needs to be repaired and the games area to be fully operational but that was only due to guests leaving there children to there own devices rather than keeping an eye on them. The staff are not there to run around after your children and what most people are moaning about is more guest related.

Where to start but I guess it is to say that this hotel is NOT a 4*, All inclusive. I would give it a 3* not even trying to get to a 4. There are several reasons but I want to start on a positive having recently returned. The hotel itself is well placed, not far from the airport and the lobby and rooms are nice and clear. Balcony is enclosed and most have a sea view. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is NO beach. There is splash but that is because of the slides which adults mostly go on. The rest of the hotel needs a little updating. Threy need to know what 4* means too. Here is why: None of this is COVID related by the way - and hotel staff were not observant and good at wearing masks themsevles either. The food and quality of the food is poor to average. Little choice. They are not very nutritious either. The environment is busy, chaotic and noisy with wooden chairs being dragged along a tiled floor constantly. In bar area and restaurant it is plastic all the way - nothing to do with the environment or COVID. Rooms have paper cups. There are 3 restaurants which are within the hotel and they too are average - nothing special and limited choice with not so many kids portions in the Italian. Our grandson lived on hotdogs and chicken nuggets. The salad bar (only one) was ok but nothing special so you couldnt just have a nice salad. Drinks were watered down, no doubt about that. Cocktails in limited offer were usually made up of some alcohol and squash. A Gin fizz was Gin, Lemon diluting juice and lemonade. Tequilla Sunrise - Orange juice from the machine, blackcurrant squash and vodka. Toilets in the entertainment area were poor - many cockroaches. Entertainment, unless with children and going to your bed at 9pm was poor. You had to pay for Bingo and there was no adult entertainment - the Magic show was poor and the Fire show was done by the guy who does the Bingo. Umbrellas broken, tiles in pool broken or missing and some a slip hazard. The outside areas were packed with kids and the pool water was COLD. Oh, you have to buy water unless you bring down a water bottle yourself. There is things you can have but they are premium inclusive. I have been to many package holidays but my 7 days were too long here.
