Beautiful hotel , friendly staff in all area’s. From the cleaning staff to the entertainment we couldn’t fault them , everyone was brilliant . We were greeted with drinks on arrival , whilst all our cases where sorted and transferred to all our rooms . We were part of a large group who ate together every evening and this was never too much trouble for the main buffet restaurant staff to organise a table for 20 , which we where greatfull . Amazing selection of food in the main buffet restaurant, we have 7 children of all ages so this was a dream that there was something for everyone , breakfast has a great selection as do the snack bars . All pools are brilliant but slightly chilli , slight concern for the main family , be very careful walking in as was extremely slippery . Older kids enjoyed the shuts but water too cold for smaller ones and myself . Booking system for other restaurants in the hotel was tricky but staff did try to help , would highly recommend booking little Italy for the evening it was excellent. All in all thank you to all the staff over the summer was truely a memorable holiday and we would definitely come back

This hotel is the absolute pits and i don't even know where to start. We paid for my son to stay here with his girlfriend September this year and was hoping the 1st holiday they had abroad was going to be great, but this place put them off going abroad again and especially Cyprus which is a shame as it is a lovely island, but they were unfortunate to of picked the worse hotel on the island. They arrived after 11pm and the reception staff were non-existent and when they finally did pin someone down, they were offered a sandwich that looked like it had been wrapped up for a week, they looked past this and just went to bed and believed the next day would be a lot better, but they were wrong. The all-inclusive food option is amazing for the hotel as nobody in their right mind would eat it and it is not even cooked, we complained to the hotel, and they said they have microwaves for the cold food as they realise some English people like there food hot. The rooms are as basic as you can get, and the staff's attitude is absolutely disgusting. Even if this hotel was free of charge i would still advise not staying as it is also in the middle of nowhere so unless you want to risk eating the disgusting food it will cost you a fortune in taxis and restaurants every day.

Excellent family trip (Grandparents, and family with 9 &12 years old) I can't recommend this place enough! from exceptional customer service prior the arrival to the most amazing guest relations team: Irene and Szidonia (do stop by their desk) if you fancy to see Cyprus outside of the hotel. Huge thank you to γιαγιάThekla in the restaurant who looked after us. Amazing food, entertainment, overall 5* hotel. (one thing to consider is the volume of the music being played during the day - a bit too loud for the older generation)

When we arrived it was heavy rain and it was early hours of the morning. A lot of water coming into the reception through high level sky lights. We were given food which sadly was inedible, I appreciate how late it was but should have been better than this. The food generally is good and the restaurant staff excellent.A better variation would be easily remedied. The pool area is good but the small tables around the pools are never cleaned. The alcoholic beer has little or no alcohol in them, I understand that around the pool it’s understandable but in the evening there is no excuse. The hotel is 5 kilometres from Paphos so you are basically staying at the hotel of an evening. The staff at this hotel are very good. The bar staff in the building are very good except for one very rude lady who always appeared to be arguing with guests. Ramona at the pool side bar was amazing, she had a smile on her face the entire holiday, her sister Aleyna was also very polite and courteous. The gym has what you need to do a workout and George the gym supervisor is a lovely caring guy. Sadly I wouldn’t use the hotel again due to its location and the fizzy water being served but I must thank the understaffed staff and give credit to the entertainment staff who gave their all. Thanks again Ramona you are a star.

Let's start with the good bits - the hotel is clean and the food was good with a variety to choose from at the buffets and delicious pizza. The staff who serviced the rooms were lovely and the towels arranged as animals were big hits with the children. All the staff work really hard which is why we are leaving a 3 star review. As other reviews have said it is hard to book into the other restaurants during your stay and getting food at the buffet is like driving in rush hour. The beach is not right on the doorstep and part of it is under construction. We weren't really expecting any different. Paphos (and the vicinity) is a rocky part of the country so we were never going to get golden sands or even sand. If the beach is important to you then look elsewhere. Additionally the pools are cold which again is to be expected - pools often aren't heated in Cyprus. The waterpark is good, but not as clean as the rest of the hotel. The not good bits - the music (lots of bad covers of well known songs!). This was never ending and awful. On our first day it started at 9am and didn't stop until 11pm. To be fair to the customer service staff they listened to our feedback and the following days the music stopped just after 10pm. It is played all over the hotel with different songs competing with each other. There is no where you can escape from it. We were told "it is a family hotel and this is what people want". If it's your thing then this is the place for you. Sadly it wasn't our thing. You couldn't talk at any meal times, you couldn't have a lie in, go for a nap, get the kids to bed even a little bit early, listen to your own music. The entertainment team have confused loud music with entertainment.

We travelled as a family of five, 2 x 17 year olds and a 19year old. First time doing all inclusive, we were incredibly impressed with the food variety and quality of all meals, they always seemed to have something new on, yes lots the same as well. Great food on our visit to Greek and Burger Restaurant, sadly the Italian was not up to much. Pools excellent and water park brilliant. Tremendous variety of drinks included in the package, the draft beers did not suit my taste, but cocktails made up for that. We loved the aqua aerobics each morning, as well as boules (shame they made no effort with the pit) and Shuffle Board, I thought the young entertainment team did a great job. Evening shows were mixed in quality. I took the cost of flights off our holiday and it worked out at £600 each for the accommodation, all our meals, entertainment and of course unlimited local drinks for seven nights, that was with incredible sea view. 615 bus stop right outside hotel with a bus every 15 minutes for access to the Harbour, Lara Bay and King of the Tombs. Rooms cleaned every day to a good standard and loved the lovely touch of a towel animal presented on the bed each day. Shower in room, lacked power. Overall we felt it was perfect.

Having read a few recent reviews I was very low on expectation however our experience was very positive from staff to rooms to food to the bookable restaurants . The hotel is large and not sure what capacity it was running when we arrived but noting it dropped off during the week and the day after we left the hotel closed for the winter. Arrival was smooth and staff attentive. Arriving late we checked in within minutes and showed to the restaurant where there was sandwiches fruit and drinks we could take or eat there before settling down for the night. We had 3 rooms, 2 with showers and 1 with a shower over a bath. All our rooms were well maintained, modern with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Whilst there was a large tv, we never actually used and whilst it said it showed BBC and ITV, they didn’t actually work. The beds were well made up and comfy, towels fluffy and plenty of shower gel etc if you didn’t have your own. Overall the room was a 5. Free to use safe and hanging area on the balcony. One review mentioned no stairs, not sure why as we used the stairs next to the lifts to go down and then up if it was busy. Breakfast and lunch was in lower restaurant and as with all hotels get very busy 08:30 - 09:30 but could get a table and use outside. Breakfast choice was excellent, lots of breads, salads, cooked, fruit and continental. Can’t see why anyone wouldn’t say a five for breakfast. Lunch was varied and again lots of choice for hot and cold. There were also 2 poolside snack bars serving normal burgers, chips, pots of salad fruit etc whilst little Italy did pizza, pasta and salads. My fave was the spaghetti bolognaise! Easy to get a lounger and bars served standard drinks and more. I do think the beer was more water downed that other places having had 7 pints before lunch and was still standing…….. they also serve pint plastic glasses and not those real small ones. Pool was heated but was fine and apparently why it closes over winter as no heated pools. If you wanted to do aqua aerobics or yoga or just lounge you could. Kids enjoyed the water park and we did the slides as well. Just bear in mind one is 16+ and the wave pool was broken. Only down side. Evening dinner was varied and served in main restaurant, no complaints from us. Though my only negative view of food was not enough fish. I thought there would be more that just one hot dish. No grilled fish etc, just one normally in a sauce. They didn’t try theme nights which isn’t a bad thing and just did a varied menu to suit multi countries that were staying. Always had Brussels though! Another complaint was not able to book the restaurants and when you could, the food was the same as the buffet. Far from the truth. Yes we could only get the Greek tavern and American burger place, but had good pasta each day from the Italian. The Greek tavern was one of the best meals I’ve had. The meze serving of lots of plates was excellent and lamb was just falling off the bone. It was a bit overwhelming and should have starved all day to really make an impact! The America burger was just as good, real nice dips, breads, salads and variety of burgers. Would do the both again. Entertainment up to 10 pm was ok, team did a good job and the 2 bands of rock and local were good in the bar. As others have said, the downside was AI stopped at 11 unless you had bought the premium drinks which meant you could drink to midnight. Didn’t venture into the nightclub or use the spa or gym. The gym did look well equipped. Pool towels were large and fluffy as well. Overall it’s a five as it lived to its 4 star rating. We walked 5 miles / 8km into paphos, not really the few Km as described in the hotel intro here. Very nice walk along the coast though. The height of summer and a totally booked out hotel may put a strain on the staff, but I thought there were plenty to cover and we had a great time so thanks to all the staff for that.

We went at the end of the season and like others have said it looked like a hard season for the staff and hotel, yes you can highlight concerns but I think they worked hard to assist you in making a great holiday for the family. The staff were very good and supportive, very positive. Small things made the experience questionable, for an All Inclusive holiday, the bar closed at 2300hrs where you couldn't even get a hot chocolate for a child which needs to be reviewed along with the children's entertainment needing a lot of improvement!! Overall, a good hotel that we enjoyed :-)

I stayed here for a week with my family and we all loved it very much. The resort is amazing with lots of activities for all ages e.g kids and teens clubs, spa and a water park which personally my family loved and enjoyed very much. The staff here are very friendly .Thekla, Katrina and house keeping staffs are amazing, everyday the house keepers cleaned the rooms and gave fresh towels which we greatly appreciated and surprised the kids making unique towel animal's. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone who wants to have a holiday in Cyprus.
