I'm a Four Seasons regular; staying in their hotels is not cheap but at Koh Samui you definitely get what you pay for. The property is extensive and indoors and outdoors it is beautiful. What made our stay special was the truly exceptional staff who combine the natural charm and friendliness of Thais with Four Seasons training - a perfect combination. Even the Garden of Eden wasn't perfect and the equivalent to the snake here are mosquitos. Management do all in their power to mitigate the dangers - regular fogging, free sprays and mosquito nets but this is a tropical location situated amongst trees so be sure to pack your creams and tablets, you will get bitten.

While many people coming Koh Samui for the Honeymoon, it is still a very good idea to come for just relaxation and vacation. The resort itself is absolutely luxury and wonderful. The most impressive experience is the service enhanced by all resort staff members. From the arrival at the airport, the Four Seasons staff has been very helpful for my transportation and translation to the local driver. He even did a little more step to advise me stop by a convenience store for some necessities. At the Resort, I felt a very warm welcome back from the staff while they recognized me as a repeated Four Seasons guest. The Villa is just amazing with the private pool and a good view. It is highly recommended to download the Four Seasons App therefore whenever you need any services, you can just use your personal mobile to ask anything or send any requests, like calling a buggy, requesting a taxi, ordering room service or making up room. Actually you could just request anything via the App, which makes our stay even more convenient and comfortable. The Thai restaurant is just amazing with very kind chef to make personalized dishes according to our preference. The Executive Chef even came and do the satisfaction check to make sure we had enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. The resort has couples of activities for guests to experience, some are complimentary and some are with additional charges. But it is worth to experience some local and authentic activities with the professionals, such as the marine biologist. We definitely hope to come back again and please keep the great work for enhancing the guest experience. :)

The moment we step into the hotel check in area it’s like being in a different world. All you can see are greenery and beautiful ocean view. The air is so fresh and make you feel relax. The resort is very big and you need to take the golf car around the resort as landscape is on the hill. Our villa is an ocean view with a private pool. Love the spacious villa with big balcony and 2 big beach chair on balcony. There’s a round dining table and mini bar on balcony as well which make it convenient for guest. The bedroom and bathroom is huge. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom have big bathtub in the middle which you can open the window and get direct access to your private pool. Not only the room is amazing but the service of staff are excellent as well. I’ve been to many 5 stars hotel but I must say that four season is very accommodating when it come to guests request. I love when the hotel make an effort to accommodate guests request which show that they want you to remember them always and be a return customer instead of just experiencing once. I would say that it does worth the amount we spend even though you can find a lesser price for 5 star in Samui but four season is a truly memorable experience and I’m sure it would be same standard for the remaining four season property as well.
