We were only staying in this hotel for a few hours and were impressed nonetheless. Our reservation was not confirmed due to a Glitch in the system but the front office staff very patiently redid the reservation and Paulo was so helpful with our luggage and arranged a packed breakfast for us as we were leaving very early. Frederic was also fantastic and helpful. Thanks to both. We were very pleased with the accommodation as the beds were completed and the room and bathroom functional but very clean. Great value for money

The Location of the Hotel as well as the upkeep and Maintenance of the PROPERTY AS was expected with such a chain of hotels. The Hotel Lacked BASIC STAFF AS well. There Is No Restaurant at this HOTEL, Have to walk a MINIMUM 30 Minutes to get To Something To Eat.

The room was nice and functional. The double bed was comfortable and very large. The bathroom had a bath, however, we experienced some problems with the drainage which led to flooding of the bathroom floor. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Good value for money.

We decided to stay one night in this hotel , as the first night we spend in Norway. It was not a long day, we left early morning to Preikestolen. The staff were kind, the room was ok, clean, the breakfast was excellent! Parking the car is easy, close and free. It is a 15 minutes comfortable walk to the center. I would recommend it, the price is reasonable, especially considering Norway's price level.

I decided to stay at this hotel as a little luxury for myself on a backpacking holiday where I usually stay in hostels. I was bitterly disappointed with this hotel and have stayed in better hostels! I needed to use the telephone in my room to make an urgent call. The phone in my room wasn’t working, so I went to reception to ask why. I was told all the phones in the rooms don’t work and was given an iPhone to use. As I was in the middle of my phone call, the clerk asked me how much longer I would be because that phone was the only phone people could use to contact the hotel. I was appalled at being told to hurry up with my phone call! I told her I was going as fast as I could. How disgusting from a professional chain! When I asked a clerk what I should see in the town, I was told she didn’t really know and there wasn’t much...... a bit strange for a hotel to tell you! The lifts were old and sometimes broken and the hallways look like something from a history book. I was also shocked that there was no ramp to the door of the hotel, meaning I had to lug my case up stairs myself. The location is a bit of a walk from the main centre. The breakfast was nice and had a great variety of food.
