The hotel looks nice and clean. Close to city senter. There is a big parkinggarage close by (payed) very tight to park. Someone damaged my car with his doors! We booked the surperior room. It was alot smaller then expected. There was a tiny seating area for 1 person. The tv was very old and Hard to Use the remote. Barely any channels and nothing to connect the phone too. Also no info to see whats on the channel it self. We had one small window and the rest was wall covered by curtains to make it look like you have some windows. It was oktober but the rooms made it feel like midd summer. Way to hot to be able to sleep!! The bathroom was nothing special. Kinda dated actually. We where high up so we did had a good view looking far over the city. The bed was big. That was nice but the bed was to soft leaving my bed to hurt alot. One light on the side Of the bed was broken. They wernt gonna fix it before we left. The breakfast was good, alot to choose from. Even gluten free.

Hotel's Favorite
We got a cornerroom on the 11th floor, we were a family of four and had 2 extra beds in the room. The room was still spacious. Lovely view of the city centre from the room. There were Covid 19 measures in place and we felt safe during our stay.

Aging hotel that does not match the expectations. The room does not have air condition, the bed was making a lot of noise, there were no ironing equipment in the room, and the bathroom was worn and old. The breakfast is very good, but after the dissapointment of the room, that was too little too late.

They put me in this hotel as restrictions procedures regardin quarantine. I live in Stavanger, I have house, but the Norwegian Governament applied this illogical rule of quarantine in the hotel, unbielevable. A part of this, I'm very disappointed about the food. I paid 5000 nok for an illogical quarantine, at least i think i deserve good food, i don't pretend to eat caviar and champagne, but eatable food. Breakfast with two slices of bread, un slice of cheese and lyoner, the most cheapest and disgusting coldcuts ever eat. Lunch: only one time arrive an acceptable pasta, other times only bread with mustard and two slices of chorizo, or sandwich wrap; and dinner is even worst sometimes. Chilli with meat with neverending curry. But i would to focus on the beef: the hardness index of the meat approaches the one of the diamond. Maybe I will need the dentist. I would like to ask to the Chef that cooked the beef: Did you taste it? But some mysteries must remain so, as I can see. Despite of this horrible experience, the crew of the Hotel is polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the room is acceptable. The position of the hotel is excellent. If they will send you in this hotel for Quarantine, just remember to bring extra money for buy outside the food that you like.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a spacious family room with a nice view on the 6th floor. Unfortunately, the wifi was dreadful. Once we went to the dining area on the 3rd floor it instantly got better, so one of the bigger minuses. The bathroom was big, and we had a bathtub, so it was really nice. The breakfast was a fantastic, wide variety, fresh, they even had vitamins. The eating area was spacious and light, tastefully decorated with a cozy fireplace. The staff said hello and was very friendly. The Lithuanian girl was especially nice. One giant minus along with the wifi, unfortunately, was the parking. Other than that, a truly delightful stay.
