The devil is in the detIls! Just back from 3 sucsessful days of business 12-16 hours a day. I ear warmely welcomed by a nice and serviceminded reception staff. The Hotell is “close to everything, efficient, modern and, even if no minibar or snacks at the room, a good place…
Scandic Bakklandet is absolutely the hotel to stay at in Trondheim. The rooms are great. The floor is wood, not any carpet in sight. The breakfast can not be better. If you can't find it here, you won' t find it anywhere. My place to stay when I'm in town.
It was a rather dark experience to stay at the hotel. The room only had a window in the ceiling. There were lamps but the lighting was dim. The drain in the sink was blocked. Breakfast, bed and location were fine.
Very nice location in the middle of the town. Short way to ALL. The parking is narrow and dangerous for cars. Not in cooperation with the hotel. Expensive! Near by the nice atmosphere og the old town Bakklandet. Walking distance to the city and to the Cathedral.
Nice modern hotel. Unfortunately you do not have a view of the river and the interesting old warehouses along the river where the hotel is situated, because most of the rooms only have windows towards narrow spaces between buildings. Strangely, the room was rather cold even…
