Nice: staff at desk in morning, delightful! Location pretty good and quiet Not nice: bathrooms are like a boys dorm or worse. Gross is an understatement. Breakfast is minimal. Bus routes ok. Choose only for price, but don't expect much besides a bed. Three night stay and they finally cleaned this morning. Pretty popular despite reviews.

Expectations were high: charming, central located and familial. Well connected to public transport and a charming area around, but without beeing a home. Rarely stuffed check-in desk, the booking process had failed twice and I´ve never seen the host. This is the cheapest I could find in Oslo with ok quality. Only common toilet. We've stayed there 2x. (Oct 2011, March 2012). Checking in late is based on trust. Just unbelievable! It was a nightmare of it's own. The rooms have a minimal standard without any charm and comfort. The beds were dirty. This price was less than any else I could find and I was pleasantly surprised with it. The house was beautiful, the rooms were clean, the staff was nice. We had no problems while we were there.
