(NUMBER 1 TIP OF ENTIRE TRIP: Buy alcohol at the airport. A bottle of wine will cost you around £40.00 and beers are anything up to £9.00 each when eating out. The best decision we made for the whole trip was buying Norwegian beers at duty free.) Not to be confused with the "Saga hotel Oslo" ! We first of...

We spent a week here whilst visiting Oslo and really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was always clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. Plenty of choice at the free breakfast buffet and a good way to start the day. Hotel also offers a laundry room and visitor kitchen area where you can prepare your own meals (good money saver)....

For Oslo Runway I visit Oslo. This concept Phostel is very interesting. I had a hotel nice double room. Clean, simple and good because all the things I want to visit are near the hotel. And great to see a variety of tourists. From snowboarders to business people.

A 'poshtel' is an interesting concept- I like the idea and certainly enjoyed the clean rooms and excellent ensuite, however as this hostel was more like a hotel, it was lacking in some of the positives that hostels bring- atmosphere and a place to meet other travellers. There was not really a bar or common area where people relaxed here,...

This was a very clean and comfortable hostel. Rooms were quite small but beds OK. The breakfast on offer was amazing. Close to train station and attractions. They allocated beds which was a bit strange and something I've not come across before. Also very few facilities, only one shower per gender on the floor I was on and I think...

I had a great stay at Saga Poshtel Oslo Central and like many reviewers have said, it's more of a hotel than a hostel. The reception were friendly and helpful, the location is central and a hearty spread was provided for breakfast.

Be careful the name has changed! Central something now. The hostel is very new and clean and also part of a hotel. Not a very social place to meet people but very central and clean. Not cheap but about par with the other options in one of the worlds most expensive cities. I arrived well past 1am and was able...

First of all, thank you for taking the time to evaluate our performance during your visit at our Saga Poshtel Oslo Central. You are absolutely correct, the name has been changed in January. All booking channels should be updated, so this shouldn’t be any big surprise when people come to check in. The building contains both the poshtel and also...

This is a nice hostel. Clean rooms, linens and fairly clean toilets/shower facilities. Great, helpful staff. 4 bed rooms are pretty small, but mine was equipped with sink. I'm here out of season and room was still full. Great option if looking to save money and don't mind sharing your room. If you want a private room, may be cheaper...

Had a really nice stay in this place. Staff super nice and would do anything possible to help. They are very easy going as well. Breakfast is delicious, you have oven, microwave, hot water for tea and coffee. You can't go wrong with this place, 5 minutes walk and you're in the center.
