We were initially looking for a B&B in or around Oslo, as we have always enjoyed staying in B&B's when travelling, but we did not have a vehicle during this trip, which limited our mobility. We were very pleasantly surprised as to how nice a stay we had at the Saga Hotel Oslo. We were in Oslo only one night...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in a private room/bath and loved it. What a great deal in the heart of the city. Its only a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the pier. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast had a fantastic spread of breads, eggs, sides, fruit,...

I came here on my honeymoon with my husband. It got off to a bumpy start because we were dropped off at the location of the apartment not the front desk. It turns out the front desk is around the corner and down the road in the hotel proper. They really should have told us to go there first. Nevertheless,...

This hotel is very modern hotel and has a great buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice size with a good size bathroom. Everything was very clean. It was about a mile walk to the city center; however, bus transportation is near.

Great hotel. Location is quiet residential and easy walking to all of Oslo. Dinner one night at hotel was great. Not sushi fans so they made us a beautiful fish dinner. Breakfasts were excellent gotta be the best place to stay in Oslo

Six couples, staying four nights, give an enthusiastic thumbs up for this friendly, accommodating, centrally-located, boutique hotel!!! We can't imagine staying anywhere we would have enjoyed more than the Saga! The location is perfect...about a half mile from Vigeland Park (a must destination) and the Royal Castle, a mile from the National Art Gallery, and close to public transportation for...

If you're looking for a friendly, unique, beautiful hotel in a great location, I'd recommend the Saga Hotel. I know-- maybe you're looking at a map, wondering about the location. We loved that it was a little out of the center of the city/Gamle Oslo, but within an easy walking distance, if you like to walk. It's also an easy...

We spent 2 nights in one of the Saga Hotel Grand Master Suite apartments. For starters, it is a bit of a walk from the hotel itself to the apartments (which I didn't mind, but the rest of the family could have done without it). We booked a driver through the hotel, so this was not an issue on our...
