Really friendly staff, very accommodating. Big shout out to Tano, who packed us a nice breakfast (with note attached!) given our super early flight which meant we were leaving before the breakfast start time. We stayed on the 8th floor which was very noisy at night given the Bar was just above our room, requested to move and was given a new room within c. 2 hrs of waiting. Some rooms come with iron/ironing board, but just make sure when you first enter the room. Other than towels, the room is not the best equipped, given there is no phone to call up reception, no desk lamp (fairly dull lit room). Location wise the hotel is c. 6-7 mins walk from the closest Tube station and everywhere is pretty accessible via public transport. Tip: use the Ruter app to buy single/24-hr tickets (these can be used on all modes of transport, i.e. tube, tram, bus, ferry (for the Oslo Fjords, departing from Aker Brygge))

This hotel has nice service, dedicated staff and a great view over Oslo from the top roof bar and restaurant. We had a upgraded room and it was big enough, but still a simple style. After using the shower we had much water all over the bathroom area, so we had to get assistance to dry the floor. It must have been a construction problem, so I think they will fix it.
The breakfast was very tasteful and delicious with various types of warm and cold products and dishes.

Courtesy to staffs hospitality and friendliness. Free parking is a plus, 10 min walk to underground 🚊and downtown.
The hotel is okey as a “hub”, sleeping and relaxing. Great breakfast.
In the summer the room can be hot 🥵, lacking of cooling is a minus, but is a common problem in Norway 💸.

I thought this was excellent for the price. The breakfast was very good especially the freshly baked bread and creamy butter. Also the friendly staff went out of their way to help. The fact it was a 15 minute tube ride to the centre was a minor inconvenience and the Oslo tube is flawless. The on trend brutalist architecture was a plus. I really feel that expectations are a tad unrealistic given the value.

I booked this hotels after checking reviews. I booked 4 night and paid over £440. Family room was small with no refreshment of tea Ketel in room. Toilet door is without lock which is un acceptable specially when you are with kids and worst thing only after 2 nights house keeping came to change bed sheet. I even try to complaint on reception about cleaning after first night when we came back to hotel and room was still un hovered and bedsheets not been changed but looks like staff do not bothered if customer happy or not. Another thing breakfast Me and my kids eat only white bread and amazingly this hotel serve only brown bread I paid breakfast for nothing. And when I ask reception at least refund breakfast money they said they can not do that.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed!!!! Stay away!!
Very low quality disgusting beds, rooms are not cleaned, windows are very dirty, ceilings with mould, smelly rooms, old carpets everywhere. The tour operator booked a family room for us and we were given a horrible disabled room. It is not about stars, it’s about basic cleaning and basic standard! No extra toilet paper, no daily cleaning, just one small garbage can for all garbage during our stay (not emptied). We were with package with Top Kinisis Travel and I cannot believe someone chose this hotel to be included in an expensive package trip. Charge more snd use decent facilities! Very far from center. Only breakfast was ok but no service in breakfast room at all. Stay away!!
I will email my comments to the agency too.

It's not easy to find a hotel with family rooms, but it would be great if the second bed would be free of dust after not being used for some period of time.

Toilet was smelly on the first day and nothing changed during our stay.

Water drain was blocked and bathroom bin was broken. Neither of this issues was fixed during our stay, despite the fact that the receptionist wrote all our complains down on the first day.

Not at all impressed about this hotel. Myself and a college stayed at this hotel during a construction fair we attended for 5 days. At check-in we were not informed much other then where the rooms were located. The breakfast schedule we found by ourselves at their homepages and after on a poster in the elevator. During our 5 days in this hotel, 3 of them were the restaurant closed, and there were no other options.

They did not cleaned our rooms or changed towels. We needed to collect that by ourselves from the front desk, but that was something we found out after 2 days because no one told us during check-in. They say it was because of the COVID-19, but everyone knows that’s BS, they are just trying to save money and are using the pandemic as a dumb excuse. There were no national restrictions at this time, so that excuse have expired!

The hotel had a free parking lot, but this lot was to little to have every guest park they’re car there, so then when we arrived late we were forced to pay over 250 NOK for parking for one night.

The only + about this hotel experience: really comfortable beds and 9/10 breakfast buffet. The coffee tasted like sausage water, other than that, 10/10!

Will not use this hotel again. We were allocated a room on the 9th floor where the bar is also located. There was a party with a noise level on the music that made it completely impossible to sleep before 3 o'clock at night. We should have been informed of this. Living in a double room with a glass door to the bathroom / toilet, which also cannot be closed or locked, is out of the question again.

Attended as part of a conference. The hotel facilities were OK; the room was small but functional and pretty quiet. Sleep quality: good. The buffet was standard. Not bad, but not great either. The evening dinner (made specially for our gathering) was the best part of the visit, excellent quisine, albeit with sub-par wine. The conference facilities were OK; good wi-fi and projectors, but the power cables were a bit ad-hoc, with extension cords running everywhere. Location: good if you arrive by car, but poor if you arrive in Oslo by plane or train. There is free parking for guest, but the space isn't very big.
