We stayed 2 nights and we were satisfied by the cleanliness and the helpful staff. In general, hotel rooms in Norway are really small for some reason, so keep that in mind. The location is also very good, just 5-10 mins walking to every corner of this small town and 5 minute drive to the airport. You won't regret your stay...

The hotel was falsely advertised on Booking.com. The hotel failed to mention on this website that it is a converted hospital and is still used as a day centre. Would be great as a youth hostel, but certainly not as a three star hotel. It is also a 15 minute walk out of the city centre and up a hill,...

The customer service was amazing. All the staff were helpful, particularly the lady on the first night who helped us change rooms when I asked for something bigger. The shower was excellent. The images for the room we booked were nothing like what were on the Booking.com website. Totally false advertising. The hallways resemble a prison ward or hospital, which...

We stayed almost 1 week at the St Elisabeth in a triple room. The room was very nice, clean, enough big for 3 people, with a big bathroom (handicapped accessible) and calm. The breakfast is good, complete with a lot of different food and with an amazing view on the fjord. The receptionists are very helpfull and nice. About the...

This is a quirky place to stay. It seems to be a working hospital, mixed with a leisure centre, and a local venue, with a hotel on the side. This wasn't apparent - to me - from the website before getting here. The good parts: - The hotel is clean, the reception staff seemed friendly enough. We arrived late and...

Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were simple but big. Didn't have a chance to sample the decent sized pool and sauna but both looked good. Good small areas for socialising. Breakfast buffet had a decent choice. Of course you would get more facilities in a bigger hotel but this was a great price for Tromsø. Short walk into town centre....

Lovely hotel, great staff, lovely rooms and facilities. Also felt good that it was only partly a hotel, with some of the floors housing various regional agencies - physiotherapy etc. It's a converted maternity hospital, so felt like the town was fond of the hotel - for example, a taxi driver I had, had been born there.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, the room was clean and very much up to standard. The reason i am not giving it 5 starts is because the breakfast buffet was not the best, and the ham looked a bit dried but overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel as it was decently priced, had a nice...
