Lovely hotel, great staff, lovely rooms and facilities. Also felt good that it was only partly a hotel, with some of the floors housing various regional agencies - physiotherapy etc. It's a converted maternity hospital, so felt like the town was fond of the hotel - for example, a taxi driver I had, had been born there.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, the room was clean and very much up to standard. The reason i am not giving it 5 starts is because the breakfast buffet was not the best, and the ham looked a bit dried but overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel as it was decently priced, had a nice...

We arrived at about 01:00AM, we had to phone but a guy cam and helped us to check in and gave us the room keys (2). The room was nice, the bathroom was huge and wheelchair accessible, but the bed was really an inferno: the usual two separate blankets together with two separate mattresses making a great hole in the...

Stayed for 2 nights in November. First night (Thursday) lovely and quiet. Second night noisy, it sounded like the guests in an adjacent room were in my room ... make sure you take ear plugs. The room itself was fine. It had a double bed but this was only accessible from one side or the bottom. The shower was lovely...

We got into our room around midnight and noticed right away that there was a huge noise and really powerful bass coming from the party at the 5th floor (we stayed in the 3rd floor). By chance, the security guy was passing the hallway and asked us if everything was in order. I asked him if he could do something...

Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the young lady on reception gave really good advice about the area. Clean, comfortable and good value for money (for Norway!). Only 15 mins walk to centre so great to be away from the hustle and bustle, and up the hill with great views. Will stay here again if coming back to Tromso

I really liked this hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable! Free coffee and tea all day. They got a gym, swimming pool and sauna in the basement (that you can use between 800 and 22:00). The funny thing was the receptionist thought they didn't work with hotels, com. I booked through it. The only thing that was missing was a...
