NUMBER OF ROOMS
Excellent value at the time of our booking! Convenient location to go downtown and explore nearby, as it’s near a subway station, quality breakfast with variety, friendly stuff. Will definitely choose again when we revisit ;)
We stayed at the Arcotel for 4 nights on a city trip to Vienna. The hotel is in a good location to explore being close to public transport links and on the river. Overall it was an average stay, staff were in large friendly and smiling. The room had a funny smell to it and the carpet was very worn. Beds were also uncomfortable and pillows very worn. Breakfast wasn't really worth the money. Bacon and eggs were cold, but good selection of breads, pastries and coffee. Overall it was ok for the money. The rooms desperately need updating with fresh carpet though.
We travel as family Three days lack of different things at the breakfast area. No bread for 20 minutes no milk no fruits and out of stock from spoons!!! Generally limited staff The steam room in sauna area out of order for three days but was also before we arrive. On the second evening also the other two rooms in the sauna area had problem No excuse no action from nobody The man from the front desk was keeping answer me that he will inform the maintenance but nothing happen. Unhappy staff especially at the breakfast area Untrained front desk staff Big rooms and near to Stephanplatz
went for a break hotel has garage and is in front of subway so no car was needed during all stay had one dinner and two breakfasts there the food and service were efficient and breakfast was just over the top, lots of public spaces
It is a nice, cozy hotel.Tidy and well cleaned throughout the day.Satisfying breakfast, expected more from a 4-star hotel.Tried the pizza at the bar during our last night.Every time we had a request personnel was always friendly and helpful.Very quiet place and next to the tube at the Vienna International Center.Don’t expect any luxuries although it is titled as “superior”.
