One of the worst hotels I had ever been either in Europe or outside Europe We arrived at the morning at 10 am and the rooms was not ready and guess what?!! The reason they told us that they didn’t have enough people working in room service After we checked in at 2 pm my colleague find the bed in his room isn’t clean with many hair and waste on and he asked them to clean it but they replied that he need to change the room as again the room service isn’t ready to clean it I asked them about massage service and they checked and told me it’ll be available at 5 pm and when I went there I found a guy waiting for me and I told them I don’t feel comfortable with a man doing a massage for me as it’s normally she has to be a lady and then they asked me to pay 30€ as a fees for cancellation as they got him as a private trainer from outside hotel and when I asked why you didn’t tell me all of these details in advance they replied that this is the normal case and I have to ask The food quality was always bad specially in the breakfast and in general you feel you’re in a hostel not in hotel because of lack of services…

The best of this hotel is breakfast. The quality and selection of the food was excellent including nice sparkling wine. The therase is nice for a relax in the afternoon. Also rooms are spacey and comfortable. The only minus was room cleaning. The room was not dusted in 4 days we stayed in the hotel.

Great clean room, with a vanity. Professional staff that is always trying to help you out in the best way they can. The breakfast was extremely well put together and of high quality. It came with wafflemaker and juicer.

Hotel was very nice and a typical wonderful European breakfast. Nice bar area also. The downside is it is not extremely close to the train stop, and you must ride in to the heart of Vienna. The neighborhood area was nice and safe with local eateries in grocery stores.

Very nice stay in this modern, nice and clean hotel. Frendly staff and good hotel bar. Location is good, short walk to transportation ( subway ) and lot of resturants, bars and shopping streeta. Higly recommend.

Nice hotel, good location. Rooms clean. only couple of things that stopped thid being a 5 star review was: breakfast at 23€ each seems very expensive, and the spa doesn't open until 4pm and there is no jacuzzi. Other than that was a nice hotel. I would stay here again

Nice modern hotel close to a metro stop. We booked it last minute as the city was booked out but were pleasantly surprised Excellent breakfast, especially carrot, apple and ginger juice that you could take out yourself. Had a spa too which we couldn’t go to.

The hotel is beautiful and cheap compared to what it offers (even though I chose not to pay for breakfast), I really loved the style and the design. I fell literally in love with the room I chose, big and cozy, with a wonderful little space near the bathroom, with table, tissues and mirrors to put my makeup on every morning. The bed was really comfortable and I loved the big amount of pillows available, so that one can choose the best that suits them. The room is provided with a closer, a cooler, a safe, a beautiful desk, a TV, an armchair and a small table. The shower is huge! The hotel is really close to underground line U4, very well connected to the city center and with the gorgeous Schönbrunn Castle, and has a free water dispenser just outside on the pavement, very useful. At the seventh floor there's a lovely spa with sauna, steam bath, solarium and relax room. I hope to come back here very soon!…

Modern and (mostly) tidy hotel with a good location. Big rooms, but the floors were dusty. The staff was very friendly. Nevertheless, the first hotel where I’ve had to carry new towels and toilet paper myself from the reception. Please don’t suggest that to other customers. Water temperature in the shower changed from cold to burning hot and back by itself. Breakfast was awesome. Many nice things, but heck of a lot to do still. Big problems with the room cleaning process. Not a 4-star accommodation by any rate at the moment.
