Stayed 3 nights with my 22 year old daughter and we enjoyed everything about this boutique hotel. The rooms are lovely and spacious, the hotel is super trendy/cute, the breakfast is out of this world and the staff were absolutely the best and made our trip so special and memorable. I can't wait to stay there again. I am almost out of my Hollmann marmalade (tragic). Highly recommend this wonderful spot and plan to visit there again.

I do much research before booking a hotel - location, reviews, proximity to attractions and I have to say we were more than ecstatic with the choice of hotel and everything that came with it!

I read that many people had difficulty finding the hotel as it is on the 2nd floor of a building tucked in a small side street. The best directions I can give is that it is located on the road directly opposite the massive Spar supermarket. From thereon look out for the Hollmann Beletage orange logo and you are there!

The room itself was quite unique as it had a basin attached directly behind the bed which was quite cool! Shower was massive and powerful with both rainfall and hand-held options. Toilet was located at the end of the room and also very clean and well maintained.

Plenty of cupboard space with hangers aplenty and small sections for everything else. There was a flat screen TV, fridge with reasonably priced mini bar, slippers, bathrobes, glasses and loads of other bathroom amenities topped up daily on the house.

One of the standout aspects of this hotel and a massive reason why I chose it was because of the breakfast reviews and it did not disappoint one bit!! Everyday there was an omelette of the day or you could have your very own made with plenty of ingredients to choose from. They also have a juice of the day which was a nice touch. Cappuccino was amazing and selection of cereals and mueslis was more than enough to keep you full until lunch! Honestly a fantastic dining experience each morning and massive compliments to the chefs and entire waiting team for their warm and pleasant auras.

In terms of location I cannot fault Hollmann Beletage at all. Central to all major attractions such as 5 minutes walk to St Stephens cathedral, 10 minutes to Cafe Central, 15 minutes to Hofburg, 20 minutes to Albertina. Uber and Bolt are both available in Vienna or you can catch the metro at many locations in the city.

All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Vienna especially as we got engaged but also because Hollmann Beletage made our stay that extra special. Thank you to all the staff and we will definitely be staying here in the future!!!

Just outside the pedestrian area of Old Town with easy access to U1 Line only a block away (takes you to main train station within 10 min.) This hotel is tricky to find as it is on the second floor inside a business building but once found what a pleasure! Check in was quick and efficient with helpful friendly staff. Upon arriving at our room we were greeted with a chalkboard sign welcoming us. The room was designed efficiently and decor very cozy. The bed was soft and comfy. Separate toilet area from shower with sink/vanity situated behind the bed in same room. Little different than ususal but added to the charm of room. Umbrella, robes and hair-dryer can be found in the room as well. Full breakfast was included with stay and is presented in a working kitchen with lovely staff! Wish we had time to stay longer and durring better weather, would have loved to utilize the outdoor patio. Great common area if just wanting to relax with games and books to occupy your time. Would highly recomend this hidden gem!

We just checked out from a wonderful stay here! From start to finish, there was an emphasis on friendly customer service and whimsical, thoughtful finishes. Our room was lovely, with a hidden mini bar/ fridge, a waterfall shower and soaking tub combo that felt very spa like, and wonderful and vibrant smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bed was very comfortable and you have control over the room heating and cooling.

There is a very fun serve yourself honor bar with craft cocktails and wine, a lovely lounge and game area, an outdoor group terrace for some air, a cozy sauna, and a treadmill for those who are inclined. I only woke in time for breakfast for two days of our stay but the breakfast was excellent and extensive. They offer every type of coffee under the sun. There are afternoon snacks as well and all day self serve coffee. Everything you need is provided. The location is great, it’s a short walk to see most attractions, and not far from a metro station for further out activities. They have e- scooters available as well. I felt badly that staff was desk sitting over the holiday but they were very attentive and helpful.

We stayed at the Hollmann Beletage from 17th to 20th of February and are really please with all aspects of this hotel which is a two minute walk from Schwedenplatz train station. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and showed us round the hotel and room facilities.
Our room was a deluxe double and was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed (even an umbrella, free coffee and whiskey). The breakfasts are first class and slightly different each day with local produce and traditional recipes. The location is ideal for exploring Vienna's main attractions which are within walking distance.
I'd definitely return to the Hollmann Beletage if we go back to Vienna.

The Hollmann is a wonderfully designed and uniquely run place. It’s a bit quirky and has a lot of charm, we loved it. If you’re expecting a Hilton or that’s more your style, this place might not be for you. If you want a unique and memorable boutique hotel experience it’s an awesome choice in Vienna.

The hotel is set over 3 individual floors, 4 if in the Separee Suite. You enter ground level front door, there is then a Hollmann labeled door to your right with an elevator to level 1, the whiskey bar and some rooms and to floor 2, the reception and breakfast area. The suite Separee is through a door off of the breakfast area where you can take stairs or an elevator to a private 4th floor. It’s a bit different in a good way - its more of an apartment staircase/hallway setup. Very private and nice.

Location is amazing, walkable to anything and just across the street is a grocery store with anything you might need. Car at airport was right up front to the right when we arrived and a very friendly man. Speaking of friendly, the staff was incredible and clearly enjoy their jobs, no grumpy chain corporate type workers, just incredibly kind and helpful people.

The Separee suite is a very large multi room apartment. It has a kitchenette area with small fridge, coffee maker, cups and anything else needed. The living area is as large a normal hotel room alone, dining for 8, couch, and TV. The bathroom area is its own wing really with private toilet area, a huge tub with double vanities and sinks and of course the “recovery room” shower/sauna/hammam, which gigantic. It’s the size of nearly a two-car garage, its wild. There is a ton of natural light to help fight of jetlag as the room has four 10 foot or so windows. Everything is as described on the website and it’s just an exceptional room.

Breakfast was exceptional as well, a cute little café designed room on floor 2 with a wonderful selection of coffee and menu ordered food along with breads, cheeses and serve yourself sides. OJ, water, cheese, and other items all fresh and readily available. The fact it is served until 11:30 is EXCELLENT for those who might be late risers or jetlagged, so so great.

Our visit to Vienna was made so much better by the friendly, attentive staff at the Hollmann (including Martin & Patrick)! This stylish boutique hotel has a terrific central location, delicious breakfast (made to order) and helpful staff. The air-conditioned rooms had cute decor, spacious modern bathrooms and showers, and welcoming gifts (including delicious truffles).

They helped us with a late check-out (including storage lockers for our suitcases). I’m looking forward to my next stay here!

This is one of this occasions when you really struggle to write a review on one hand you are so excited on the other hand you want that not too many people book there because you always want to vet a room there ;)

This is one of the best cosy and chic places to stay in vienna. The Location is top for visiting the city, the staff is warm and helpful. There are some nice extra like a complimentary snack in afternoon and sone ice cream for free.

So if you don't need a parking place right in front of the hotel (parking garage 5 minutes walk away) take this wonderful place you will love it 💚

When we walked into our room at the hotel, the first thing we noticed was a card giving us various options for having our room cleaned and towels replaced, but plainly trying to persuade us not to have any such service for our entire stay in the name of preserving the environment. Really? Our room was large and quiet, but the bed had a thin, flimsy mattress, the one sofa sagged deeply to one side, the one chair was a small, uncomfortable wooden desk chair, the one trash can was tiny, the walls had absolutely nothing on them, and there was no refrigerator. The bathroom also was substandard, with a small plexiglas panel over part of one side the bathtub that made it impossible for us normal-sized people to take a shower without getting a lot of water on the bathroom floor. The hot water in the shower did not work unless it was first turned on in the bathtub, and then the water path was switched from the bath spigot to the shower head. Are all of these issues a matter of cutting corners under the guise of minimalism?

That being said, virtually all of the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, as were the wonderful staff serving breakfast. We also liked the location of the hotel, on a relatively quiet street within walking distance of many sights. The lack of any front desk staff at night didn’t bother us.

Dear Roger, thank you for your visit and your detailed review, even though we were obviously not able to convince you 100%. We would like to comment on this: The mattress is not thin, what you mean is the topper, which is additionally placed on a premium mattress for extra comfort. None of our bathrooms have a plexiglass wall, but glass. We think the Hollmann design is not minimalistic, there are countless little details that our guests are delighted to discover. We would have been happy to show them to you if you had drawn our attention to it. When a guest chooses to forgo room cleaning once, twice or entirely during their stay, the world out there breathes a tiny bit more easily. Through our partnership with in Lower Austria, we plant one square metre of flowering meadow for every room that is not cleaned. Step by step, with the help of our guests, we're taking small steps that leave traces behind. So far we planted 44 trees and 310 square metres flowering meadow. That's something, isn't it? Of course, we are pleased that you were satisfied with the staff on the Beletage and our location in the heart of Vienna. Please come back and give us the chance to make you a Hollmann Beletage fan too. All the best Kathi & the Hollmann Team

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights, we booked through Expedia (flights + hotel).

We had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend staying here. It’s a great location, it’s a walking distance to everything (St Stephen’s Cathedral, Opera House and many more tourist attractions). The neighbourhood is quiet and there are a number of restaurants outside its doorstep and a wine bar next door.

We stayed in Room 3, it’s a spacious room with amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and bathrobe). The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also delightful. I really loved how they’re environmentally conscious as many things came in glass bottles (e.g., the fruit pots, water were served in glass carafe and other little things).

Overall, we loved it here and if we were to come back to Vienna, we would stay here again! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
