It's a very nice 25 rooms boutique hotel conveniently located in the old town of Vienna, close to a major underground and tram station. The service is very personal and breakfast is excellent. The guest room is very spacious, clean, nicely laid out and stylishly fitted with quality furnishings and wood flooring. I personally hate hotel carpet. Adequate electrical sockets... More

Brilliantly helpful staff, amazing breakfast, lovely, clean hotel. Would stay there again and recommend it to my friends. There is a free afternoon tea, which serves yummy food and a very relaxing reception room.

The Hollmann Beletage was very welcoming and accommodating in every way. It has a very cool boutique design, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, rooms are very spacious and well designed, and it feels very homey and low key at the same time. It's also in a perfect location, close to all of the sites and the Ubahn - but it is... More

They have renovated part of an historical building and created a nice Boutique hotel centrally located in Wien. The rooms are big, clean and well decorated. We made reservation for 3 people. Unfortunately the room was not suitable for 3. I was obliged to sleep on a sofa. They should have warned us about this issue during reservation. The staff... More

Staying at this hotel added greatly to our enjoyment of visiting this beautiful city for the first time. Everything about it is so original - very far from a run-of-the-mill modern hotel with little individuality and character which the Hollman Beletage has in abundance!

Great location, very nice room, super friendly staff. Breakfast is fantastic, thanks to the chef. Tips we got from the personell were also very good. Dinner at Salonplafond and Labstelle were both very good. Lunch at Lugeck and Otto am flus all around the corner. If we ever go back to Vienna we will come here again!

We stayed in Vienna for two nights and loved our stay at this hotel. The room was big and comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the afternoon snack and beer was a great touch.

Hotel Hollmann Beletage is a gem of a hotel, close to all of the key sights in the city. Stefansdom is just a five minute walk away and the hotel is just around the corner from the transport hub (for trams, metro and buses) of Schwedenplatz. Bedrooms are large and well equipped and the hotel has a wonderful loung area.... More

This was a lovely, one night stay before our river cruise. Beware! There are no porters or bellmen to help you with your luggage as you must drag your bags yourself from the curb (taxi) up stairs to the elevator to reception on the second floor. The staff is very friendly. Wonderful breakfast included. There was an inequality of room... More

This was one of our highlight hotels ever. Small, boutique with extras that make the difference. The rooms are creatively and attractively set up. Complimentary Jack Daniels & Ice in the lounge, happy hour, screenings of The Thin Man and an amazing free breakfast that was absolutely incredible. The location is central, but quiet for sleeping. If we are lucky... More
