We loved this hotel. Superb locations. Luxury rooms and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were very friendly indeed and could not have done more. This was especially true of the concierge. There were two guys both very helpful indeed. Gave us great advice and recommendations. As to the review below criticising the concierge, I've no idea what their problem was... More

We stayed here from the 2 to 8 Feb 2016. we had booked a Junior suite and were upgraded to an exec suite. Super rooms. i have been to many hotels which are built beautifully but here the combination of staff being very helpful and polite along with a well built hotel is rare, Ritz Carlton has achieved it. Right... More

My wife and I spent 6 nights 2 Feb 2016 onwards. It is a beautiful hotel with even better staff. Right from Mohammad at the gate to the reception staff to Shimtina at the breakfast. One super good morning from her made your day. The breakfast is fantastic and they go out of the way to make you comfortable. A... More

Excellent hotel, superb rooms and a great location - these tick off most of the right boxes for a great hotel experience. However this hotel has the worst concierge I have ever come across. For starters, there is only one person attending the concierge desk whereas normally in a hotel of the caliber of a Ritz Carlton there should be... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback and I am really disappointed to read of your experience with our concierge department. I have to honestly say as the General Manager of this property, we only receive very positive comments about our concierge department and during peak times we usually do have two of them. They are very experienced and... More

I organised a hen party and spent a day in the Ritz-Carton Day Spa. It was a truly excellent spa experience. The massages were wonderful and the facilities were great. Above all, I was impressed with excellent members of staff, all of whom were professional, kind and made us feel very welcome, as well as the beautiful spa suite -... More

We visited on Sunday for high tea and all I can say is you won't be disappointed!! The waiter who was fairly young with a blonde quiff was very knowledgable about everything including how the cosmopolitan cocktail was infused with vodka etc. He had some really good recommendations for the tea and I have to say his service really made... We felt it was worth it to stay on the club level. Our plans were not really focused on dining in Vienna. We found the club level food and beverage offerings to be substantial and tasty. Ample food to fuel your sight seeing. Keep the little paper explaining the times they put different things out for reference. We arrived early... More

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
