one of the nicest hotels we have visited. everything is on its place, lots of details. Room big, beautiful decorated, modern and luxurious. Great breakfast, with lots ofchoices for everybody. Great staff
What a fantastic experience staying at this hotel last month. Everything was perfect. The surroundings are beautiful. Location is great, very close to the main centre and the Museum quarter. The breakfast is out of this world.....absolutely delicious. Thanks again to all the staff who were effortlessly pleasant and accomodating throughout ,from our arrival to the morning of our departure. We will return and stay with you again on our next visit.
Well done San Souci team! Our group of 4 (2 adults and two 17--year-olds) thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay over the Easter weekend. The service was outstanding – very friendly welcome and car parking service, and the overall experience in the Veranda restaurant (the tasting menu on the first night and the regular menu on the second night) was outstanding. Perfect location for the museum quarter and Hofburg. But the highlight was the sensational 20m indoor pool! Would certainly recommend and will be returning! Kind regards Glenn
We loved everything about our visit at the Hotel San Soucis Vienna. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were attentive and friendly. The location was fantastic for anyone interested in museums, art or the opera house. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and will definitely return.
We had an amazing stay in the Sans Souci hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful with sight seeing tips and resteraunt reservations. The breakfast was just outstanding, they accommodate a variety of different tastes and dietary restrictions - egg "royale" was my personal favourite. ;-) The hotel has such a cool interieur and on a cold weather day you can even relax in the Spa. We will definitely come again!!
It was our first time at Sans Souci and a great experience. The weather was cold and snowy this weekend, so we were more than happy to visit the Spa in the afternoon. I can really recommend this place.
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful at all times. Our room was very nice, lovely and clean, with a great bathroom. The indoor pool is fantastic and we enjoyed the excellent spa and it's facilities. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which offered plenty of choice. It is located within an easy walk to the city centre so is a great base from which to enjoy all the sights. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again someday.
I have booked this hotel for a Short City break, based on the pictures on the Internet. And what can I say: all expectations were more than surpassed. The hotel is simply stunning, from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurant and spa. The service was simply oustanding and the food was delicious. Thank you so much to the entire team for making First Trip After Corona such a memorable one. We will be back.
Room: perfect , cosy , clean, good facilities. Breakfast: very original, smooties, fresh juice, excellent coffees, good variety. And last but not least: extremely friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, at breakfast, in the Veranda restaurant. Thank you all.
Take earplugs. We had a wonderful stay in Vienna as a family of 3. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food in Veranda was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Our suite was very comfortable and spacious enough for 3. Bathroom was excellent. However the reason for 3 stars was that despite requesting a quiet room in advance, our suite faced a very loud and busy street. We were informed that the air conditioning was not working as it was only March however it was very warm. In fact our room reached a temperature of over 27 degrees. We were unable to open the windows to sleep due to the constant revving of engines, loud conversations from people exiting bars and clubs nearby. The hotel did provide a fan which served to provide some respite but essentially just moved the warm air around the room. We are all exhausted and despite a wonderful stay in Vienna we are looking forward to a quiet and cool room to sleep in this evening. I would return to this hotel but ONLY with a courtyard room. It’s a real shame that they couldn’t have moved us to a quieter room.…
