The hotel is near the metro station and the area has a variety of restaurants and street food options. The internet is 4€ per day for two devices and you have to update it every time you open your mobile in order fir the connection to work again so if you are not already on your phone you can't take...

I have stayed at other Leonardo hotels and this was very different from all of them. Location is good, there are some good restaurants within walking distance and the Museum Quarter is a half hour walk past lots of shops. We have two rooms to check in and were told that both rooms would be upgraded due to availability, however...

Comfortable rooms, great location. I liked the design - though shower was pretty small. Breakfast was decent. Staff is friendly and willing to help. The location of the hotel makes it east to navigate and they have a nice restaurant as well. All in all nice hotel.

I have been before to other Leonardo hotels but here it was a totally different experience. Good things were city street view (but prefer without renovation outside near by), free water at the lobby, clean enough. Bad things were arrogant and bossy type reception worker woman who pretend to be a boss and has always something to say to other...

My family and I stayed in the hotel for two nights and it was really pleasant one. Location: The place is just two minutes walk to Wien Westbanhhof, which has direct access to subway, tram and bus. From the hotel, a direct tram (#58, if I recall it correctly) to Schloss Schonnbrunn is available, U3 Subway to Stephenplatz and Volkstheater...

We have chosen this hotel as the price was appealing in comparison with other hotels in Vienna and due to its location - close to Westbahnhof and metro station that leads to the city centre. Staying in Mariahilf

Neighborhood Profile
Mariahilf
Vienna’s sixth district hosts high street shopping heaven and pedestrian area Mariahilfer Strasse. The weirdest local building is probably the city aquarium Haus des Meeres, housed in one of Vienna’s six remaining World War II defense towers, and topped with a rooftop bar that offers stunning views over Vienna and the center. One of the most historic sites in the area is the passageway of 18th century Raimundhof with its small shops and cafés. It leads from Mariahilfer Strasse to Windmühlgasse. For a glimpse into the world of early 19th century theater, visit Semperdepot, the former depository for theater decoration, which now hosts art exhibitions and fairs.
