The room was big enough for my family (2 adults and 2 boys under age 3). We had 3 single beds. The decor is slightly outdated but the bathroom was nice and updated. There was no fridge but it was cold enough outside to store a few items on the ledge. Free parking was great and free breakfast had everything...

The "small" room was not too small at all, clean and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. And the free parking in the heart of Vienna is priceless. The management is kind and helpful, Nothing more to say.

Lovely, quiet place, near to the city center, very recommended if you like sleep well, eat good breakfast. I was on a concert at Wiener Stadthalle, but the hotel is also good if you have any other programs in Wien. Kind, helpful staff, breakfast also good.

Close to metro, rich breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, clean property, free car park, easy to reach the city centre (even on foot), nothing to complain about (maybe just quite narrow car park)

A most excellent small hotel; comfortable rooms with modern shower room and flat screen tv. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and the plentiful and high quality breakfasts made the stay so enjoyable. Very conveniently situated for shops, transport and sightseeing.

Staying in Neubau

Neighborhood Profile
Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
