We stayed in the Lamée in a good, comfortable room. The staff was very helpful throughout our staying there. However, lack of facilities such as a dedicated reception in Hotel Lamée (there is one in Hotel Topazz) or a reception hall with a seating area again in the Lamée, is a minus. The breakfast is again in the Hotel Topazz, which was average or slightly below average.

A good hotel but a few things went wrong. It was just one of those things but the air conditioning failed and one night we had to go and fetch a fan, and then next night had to get another one. Hotel was in a good location. Nice basement coffee area and nice breakfast. Rooms were decent.

Great location. Very central with access to choice of bars, restaurants and retail. Also two minutes walk to underground which allows connection to airport. Hotel room very clean and cozy with nice staff. Complimentary drinks offered plus complimentary drink in sister hotel 5 mins walk away.

We booked the scenic Lamee room and it was amazing. The floor to ceiling glass walls let in so much light and gave us such a wonderful view of St. Stephen’s. The complimentary bottle of wine and Manner snacks, along with a personalized welcome note was a nice touch. I enjoyed the room amenities. I personally enjoyed the nespresso machine while my husband asked for a kettle and tea to be brought up. The room and hotel was super clean. The rooftop bar was closed but I thought that it was a good thing because the elevator was solely used by us staying at the hotel. I can’t imagine how busy it would have been to have non-hotel guests coming in and out of the building. The location of the hotel was perfect! There is a grocery store next door, so many restaurants literally just steps away and the subway station just a couple of minutes walk away. It’s definitely worth it for me and would definitely recommend!

This hotel is perfectly located to explore the city of Vienna. Very clean and we had a lovely big room with plenty of space in the Lamee building. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and offer fantastic customer service. Excellent and plentiful breakfast, again with great service from their team. Their daily lounge facility with complimentary tea, coffee and wine, biscuits and chocolate was extremely generous and a very pleasant surprise. Nice to get back to after a day of walking and exploring. Would highly recommend to stay here.

The location of the hotel is amazing .. just 2 minutes from St Stephen’s Cathedral and 5 -7 minutes to the Opera House and most siteseeing places . If not two metro stations are within 5 minutes walking distance , making it easy to travel to any part of the city .. There are hundreds of cafe and restaurants all. Around that and the vide of the square at nights is beautiful . The hotel room was clean and we had a small balcony , we didn’t use it much .. the reception staff is courteous and polite .. they gave us a early check in which was much appreciated 😊.. will definitely recommend in future

Stayed here for three nights in September. I was really hoping for something fantastic given the price point & the location. Vienna is absolutely magnificent and lots to see and do, this is by no means a reflection of Vienna This hotel is not 5* The cleanliness really Lets it down- we had a balcony and stayed in a suite in the Lamee. The balcony was full of pigeon faeces and was very grubby; the room is old and needs a refresh- holes in the curtains etc It’s just average overall- I paid nearly £1200 for three nights excluding B&B. For the price point I expected a lot more and was left very disappointed

The hotel is extremely well located, functional and has a great breakfast everyday from 7 to 11am (only bad thing is that they don't make omelettes). Actually they are 2 different buildings, and on top of the Lamee building there is a rooftop bar with very beautiful views, but with a limited menu. Stayed on a suite. Room is small and not very functional. That's why it misses a 5 star review.

So glad we booked here. The location is great, it doesn't get much more central and all the sights are within easy walkable distance. Breakfast was so good, lots of choice, great service and you can also access the breakfast area during the day for coffee and fruit. Architecturally, the hotel is cleverly conceived with the ground floor leaving light shafts for the breakfast area below. Very friendly staff, too. Try and book a room in the Topazz and lean back with a book in one of the round windows.

We stayed at hotel Lamee for four nights in June and had a great experience. The room was decorated in a luxurious vibe with marble shower and vanity, upholstered bench and chair, cool lamps. It was very comfortable too. We were on the 8th floor which has the stairs to the upstairs deck and is very popular not only for guests but also locals. So there was some waiting for the elevator that would fill up. In spite of that, there was no noise noticeable in the room from the party upstairs. IAnd the view to the cathedral was priceless! They give you two coupons for welcome drinks at the rooftop bar. And you are so close to everything! We walked to the opera house, the cafes, museums, shops and were there in minutes.
