This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Well, what can I say - the hotel has become even cleaner and more comfortable, the breakfast is even more varied and tastier. The staff also tries to answer all questions and help with everything - they gave us an umbrella to rent during the rain. The hotel is located near the metro, but you can walk to the center. This time we traveled by car - we left the car on one of the side streets; we didn’t understand whether we needed to pay for parking - the locals have long-term parking tickets. The room has a safe and necessary bath amenities. The room faced the street, but it was not noisy at night, although rooms overlooking the courtyard are quieter and birds sing in the morning.. And yes, be sure to take breakfast - the difference when booking is usually not big, but you will get very high-quality and tasty food, there are hot dishes. In the city, a cup of coffee will cost more. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I am in Vienna.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and I will definitely book a room in Hotel Lucia during my next visit to Vienna. The hotel location allows easy access to the well developed transport system in the city and the Schönbrunn palace. The room was perfectly cleaned every day. After a busy day I enjoyed a nice sleep, convenient beds and surrounded by absolute silence in the neighborhood. The breakfast is really good in terms of choices (the espresso coffee is much better than in any other $$$ restaurant in Vienna) and quality of products. A fridge and a couple of glass cups in the room would be a nice complement to the interior of the room. The wireless Internet in the room was fast and reliable, faster than the Mobile Internet in Vienna! The staff has been helpful all the time during my stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel also because of the good balance between price and quality of service. It is much better than the surrounding 4* hotels.

Inn unpretentious but very clean. The staff at the front desk is attentive and very good advice. The Inn is located in a slightly off-center area but there is a metro train 400 m away. Right next to the Pension is a grilled meat restaurant with very reasonable rates, in short a good Pension

We booked this hotel through Jet 2, a company we have used several times. It had some good points, it was clean and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good, with a selection of cold meats, cheeses, rolls and hot dishes. Our room was well appointed with ample cupboards and drawers, however the lighting was poor and we struggled to read at night. The bathroom was very small (it reminded us of one on a cruise ship) with a very dated shower cabinet which required one to step up, and the towels very very thin and small. The area the hotel is located in is fairly run down and we were not terribly comfortable walking out at night. The U Bahn is located nearby though and we used it all the time. There are not very many decent places to eat in the area and we chose to eat in the centre but we did enjoy an inexpensive supper at Das Augustin near the hotel. Vienna is a beautiful and elegant city which we have visited before on several occasions and we were aware that this was a budget hotel.

The breakfast buffet had more variety than I expected and was very delicious.
The location was also convenient, close to the supermarket side exit of the station.
There is Wi-Fi, and the room was clean, although it only had a shower. There are few amenities, so it's better to bring your own.
I was worried about paying the accommodation tax in cash, but it seems that it was already included in the tour price.
The restaurant recommended by the hotel was only 5 minutes away from the hotel, and I was able to eat the schnitzel I was looking forward to, even though it was late at night. It was delicious, thank you.

Good points :
very quiet, although a little out of the city center, very easy to access in 10 minutes thanks to the metro & tram 200 m from the hotel.
Very quiet hotel, large room, very clean.
Very generous and varied breakfast.
We really appreciated when we left the hotel at 5 a.m. to have a very well-stocked packed lunch (sandwiches, fruit, bottle of water).
Negative points:
The bathroom !! small, no storage furniture for our belongings, no paper tissues. Worn bathtub with moldy & loose joints.
Not great, the coffee machine at reception costs €2.50 even though it is advertised as free...

We recently spent three wonderful nights here with our toddler, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Every corner was spotless, and the daily room service ensured our room was always in perfect condition. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One worker at the buffet even gave our little girl lollipops, which made her day! Living in such a clean and well-maintained hotel truly elevated our entire experience. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in their work, and it shows. We felt at home and were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. And as a fun side note, our dream came true when we got to taste the famous sandwiches from the Commissar Rex series at breakfast! :D

I really liked the hotel, the warm welcome at reception. The rooms were very clean and warm. Breakfast was included and the coffee was decent. It was also very well located, just 2 minutes from the 49 tram into the city in 10/15 minutes and never waited more than 5 minutes, Walking distance to the summer palace so very easy to get about. The penny market was also a great place o get inexpensive gifts for taking home - it was the supermarket right next door, much cheaper than the city center.

Great spacious and well equipped rooms, a little warm but present air conditioner, friendly staff who speak fluent English and even a minimum Italian. Very good breakfast. I suggest to book parking if you go by car because the hotel has a limited space (cost 16 euros per day). Very convenient metro about 200 meters

All the hotel staff were very kind. They spoke to me in English.
The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Johnstraße subway station (you can easily get there by train from the airport). There is a tram running right in front of the hotel. There is a supermarket in front of the station, and you can have dinner at a restaurant just a short walk away.
The room was spacious and bright, and it was more than enough space to spread out my suitcase on the floor. There is air conditioning and heating, and a TV, but no refrigerator. There is only a shower, no bathtub, but there is soap and shampoo. There is hot water. You can buy drinks in the lobby, but you can also borrow cups to take back to your room (I think there were some free ones).
The breakfast was buffet style and very delicious. There was a wide variety of breads and cakes.
I would definitely like to visit here again if I go to Vienna again.
