Ugh this hotel- though there is a lift, the rooms are very outdated with box beds, that hurt your legs when you sit down on them, One hand and one bath towel, with one trash can in bathroom and one tiny bar of soap. Did finally receive 2nd pillow upon request. Also requested a fan for room as very stuffy and air had been turned off for season- none available- was told to open window that was on a Main Street! Barely better than a hostel, but not by much. Breakfast was less than 3 minute eggs, (I would call them raw) some cold cuts, bread with no toaster available, some canned fruit and old and wrinkled “fresh” fruit. I was told not to use my hands when trying to locate a decent piece of fruit in the bowl- but of course no tongs or other utensils. But aside from the facilities was the general attitude and demeanor of staff, especially the man (manager?) who seemed to be there a lot, who was there a lot at the front, who seemed bothered we were there! Such a rotten attitude- I can overlook a lot when people are pleasant, but I was so glad when I checked out of there!…
We had a great stay at Hotel Lucia. It was clean, the employees were great and always there to help. The location is about a two minute walk to the metro and grocery store. It was overall a nice experience.
Lovely place to stay. Close to tube station. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were cleaned regularly. breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of different choices.Vienna is a beautiful place to visit
We liked our room, it was big and very beautiful and excellently clean every day. We liked that it was possible to use the air conditioner in the room. The staff was very friendly and helped us find interesting places in Vienna. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast every morning.
From the first moment we arrived the staff was helpful. They helped us with a great place around the corner for dinner we made friends with the neighbors hood and shared our table every night we went. He helped on how to navigate the metro. He pointed out sites not to miss and take time to smell the lavender and roses in the palace gardens. We felt like friends coming home for a visit. Thanks to them we enjoyed every moment in Vienna.
The room was very clean and a great size for one person; having a desk and space to put a case was very convenient. The bed may well be a little hard for me but it was ideal for me. The bathroom was a good size and there were good places to hang towels. The breakfast was also tasty and well-appointed. The location was excellent, being located close to Johnstraße U3 station which gets you into the city centre in a few minutes. The hotel staff were happy to look after my bag between check-out and when I needed to return mid-afternoon to get to my flight. The only negative for me was that there were a few noisy neighbours in the surrounding buildings socialising until late into the night, and the air-con is a little loud to use at night so I had to keep the window open as a result.…
I stayed in this hotel during the Vienna Tango Marathon. Great location, quiet room, extremely friendly personnel, shuttle service to/from the airport. One tiny remark: being from Britain, I was missing a kettle in the room. :-)
Clean room, spacious, comfortable, quiet and intimate, very good breakfast, all rules for covid-19 are respected, very helpful and friendly personnel, quite close to a metro station, 2 supermarkets in proximity. Entrance to the parking space is narrow and there is no mini bar in the room, only at the reception.
Very clean en nice hotel also the room Friendly people in the hotel. Good breakfast. 150 metres to the metrostration. Nice place tot visit Wenen. Beautiful buildings, parks and places to eat and something to drink.
Everything was perfect. Clean room, a lots of towels, room service, excelent breakfast. Wifi connection was sometimes bad, but nothing terrible. Hot tea was available at the reception FOR FREE. Very nice hotel staff. I recommend.
