My friend and I were looking for cheap hotel at Vienna city center. Hotel Post came out as a good deal. It is a very basic hotel but very clean and most importantly just few minutes walk from Stefan platz and other city attractions, restaurants, tourist buses etc. If you plan to spend all day exploring Vienna, this hotel is...

Stayed for 3 nights there. Good service, friendly stuff, nice breakfast. Wonderful location near the center of the city for great price. On the other hand I highly recommend you to take slippers because it was really cold once.

Excellen location, walking distance from the Stephansdom, very polite staff, nice breakfast. Had a problem with the heating in the room - the staff kindly moved me to a much more spacious room. Clean and comfortable bed. I recommend it and definitely will stay here again when in Vienna!

Stayed here for two nights on a leisure trip to Vienna and cant really find fault. Had a superior room with bathroom which was fine and had everything required for a couple of nights. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, mainly cold but a few hot offerings. Price was very reasonable considering how close the hotel is to many...

The hotel is perfectly placed to explore Vienna. Close to the shopping district, cathedral and river. Ideal location to hop on the Big Bus tours (red, blue, night routes, plus boat and walking tours). Staff were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Room was compact, but comfortable and has everything you need.

Having visited this hotel before, I knew what to expect. Anyhow, this time it was even better. The staff was most enjoyable, friendly, smiling and very helpful. Never in a hurry. The double room was spacious, clean and with big windows. The surprise was the bath room. It was big and with enough space even for my wife's all small...

First visit and positively impressed: ideal central location near centre, metro, shopping and historic monuments. Aged building, but very clean rooms, friendly service and adequate prices. Fine breakfast, ideal to load up for long sightseeing trips.

I had a small, single bed, non-smoking room which was ok. Clean and with all you need. Breakfast had no pastry, unfortunately. Good yogurt and coffee was good as well. My room was on the fourth floor but I should have asked for one looking outside. Being in the heart of Wien you want to exploit this. Mind you: you...

Basically this is an average hotel but with a perfect location very close to all the main attractions in the city. It is situated in the historic centre of Vienna and you can find many restaurants, shops and attractions near by. The beds are good, the rooms bigger than normal, the bathrooms are quite uncomfortable in size. Breakfast is poor.

God location, ok room and breakfast. But the bedlinen was not ok, due to the material I guess. It was most uncomfortable. We thought they forgotten the linnen...but when we asked, the receptionist told us it was the "english way"....
