We recently stayed here for 4 nights. It's a very charming hotel, very well run. We really liked our room, which was built to accommodate a third person (in our case a child) with a very convenient built in bed against one wall, which suited us perfectly. The room was very well maintained, and had wonderful high ceilings, with big... More

We stayed for one night and were completely happy with the place. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was more than adequate, and I really liked how it was right downtown but on a quiet dead-end street with no car traffic. I would stay here again.

Stayed two nights, and really enjoyed it. The hotels location is superb especially for shopping and Christmas markets. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and for E9.50 very good value. Also had the cheese board with some wine the evening before and this too was lovely . I recently spent three nights at the Hotel Austria and was very happy with every aspect of the hotel. Located right in the middle of Old Town you are a short walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral, the old Imperial Palace and the Danube. Lots of great restaurants and shopping right outside the door. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable.... More

I spend 5 nights at this hotel, with lift, very close to St Stephan's cathedral and historical Vienna. It is also close to a large pedestrian shopping area. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with restaurants nearby and 2 U-bahn stations close by as well. Breakfast choice is very good and reception staff most helpful. It has a bar if drinks... More

This hotel was ideal for our 1 night in Vienna. It was easy to get to ( a little hard to find the first time, but we figured it out), it was walking distance to everything, it was a good deal, it was comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. There was free wifi. Our room was comfortable with... More

The hotel is situated in the centre of the old town, so there are many attractions within walking distance. The hotel has an old world charm. Being situated in a cul-de-sac, it has a peaceful atmosphere. The very friendly staff arrange anything the guest might want from airport & railway station transfers to sight seeing tours. the breakfast served is... More

Everything was very nice, great location, very good breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff. 24 hours open reception desk was good for us, we came very late 1st night. Quiet and clean, looks much better than standard 3* hotel.

This was our 3rd time here, and they've been very consistent. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. Renate kindly lined up an airport pick-up for us at the last minute (we normally take the airport bus, but we had more bags than usual). The shuttle worked out quite well. Others at the front desk kindly made restaurant reservations... More
