In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.

Stayed at the Marriott for six nights. Three nights and then came back for another three nights after visiting Salzburg. The hotel was in a great location, across the street from the beautiful park and a few blocks from the Opera. The experience was wonderful from the start.

We stayed for 1 night. The check in service very good, quick and very helpful. The room was clean and fairly big but not quite what I expected. Breakfast was good, but not a large variety of food from where to choose. Even so I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 1 night. As typical of marriott’s the service at checkin was very good and helpful. The room was clean but the hotel is fairly dated. If you are looking for something fairly cheap then this would be the place to go.

My experience lines up with the first two reviews. We had two double beds for 3 and it was fine. Definitely no room for a rollaway in the room we had.
