Clean property, small rooms. Location is a little off center but close and easily accessible. The lounge was really good with a lot of variety. Limited in the evening options on certain days over the other.

The location is within walking distance (20 min) to the city centre. If offers clean and well maintained rooms . I got a nice spacious business room. fitness club is small as well as inside pool. In summer it also offers a garden area for relaxing. Different restaurants are available as well as a bar. As typical for Austria the... More

Booked into an Imperial Club Room which was very comfortable, soft bedding, relaxing sofa and nice size bathroom. Reception staff are also very polite and attentive. However where it did not score above average for a premium room and hotel chain was due to several disappointments: 1) the name implies an historic building of interest to justify its location some... We arrived early hoping to leave our luggage but the wonderful receptionist checked for an available room and said we could go straight up... bonus after an overnight train. The room was spacious and clean, the bed large and super comfy. The pool looked nice d but very busy when we checked so didnt use it and the breakfast had... More

We had a couple of nights here as a luxury break and were not disappointed. The Executive lounge is particularly good, serving breakfast, snacks through the day and evening as well as drinks. It has a good pool and the Exec rooms were very good - huge beds with good quality bedding. Overall a very calm and spacious atmosphere.

Spent 5 nights here in a room across road from main hotel. The room was a very good size, the bed was the comfiest we have slept in. We had access to the club lounge where you could take breakfast if you wanted, although the breakfast across the road had a greater choice. The lounge also had hot and cold... More

Would have rated 3.5 if I could, but give four as it was closer than 3. Reception swift and upgraded us to a Club Room. It said in their information these rooms were renovated in 2012, but still old carpets. TV remote didn't work on check in and I could never open the minibar during my stay. No shower, and... More

This is a really nice hotel. The location is a bit of a walk to the tourist places, but the hotel makes up for the walk. We were upgraded to a Club room and it was incredible. The room was huge. There is a nice pool, sauna, and steam room that was perfect to visit after a long day of... More
