A great hotel. The lobby is very elegant, clean and sophisticated. The rooms were a good size and clean and modern. The bathrooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent quality and had a good diverse range of fresh hot foods, pastries and fruit. The gym is well... More

A comfortable and pleasant stay. Rooms clean and welcoming. Overall, the hotel rooms could do with some modernizing as carpets light fittings etc still very much have an 80's "feel". Gym: on the small side, poor ventilation (it's underground) and NO WATER AVAIL...?

On our second visit to this hotel it was just as enjoyable as the first. Warm welcome from the reception and our room was nice with the added bonus of a bath. Fabulous breakfast. Excellent service as expected, especially from Susan. Good location. This time we bought pre booked tickets to enable us to use the underground, trams and the... More

The hotel is 24 hour - real comfy beds after a long plane ride - the staff was excellent and their English was better than mine. The tub in the bathroom is large enough to hold two adults. The only thing was the steam sauna not used to being naked in front of total strangers but got over that real... More

There is free Wifi which was great. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Our rooms were large enough. Our breakfast buffet was very tasty. The hotel is located close to downtown. I enjoyed walking the shops near the hotel.

Stayed here and throughly enjoyed stay. Checkin was long but were isn't? There is free wifi . Rooms are palatial and very large . If you take room with access to club lounge you get free beverages & food. Very quiet hotel and bed was amazingly comfortable. Although hotel is outside central Vienna it's well worth a visit and only... More

Spent 3 nights here in a club room. The hotel has two adjacent buildings, one containing the club rooms and one for the standard rooms. Staying in a club room gives you access to the lounge with free soft and hot drinks all day plus wine and food at the appropriate times during the day, i.e. a light breakfast, cold... More

This hotel is a fairly large hotel and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us good instructions on using the trams and public transport and they sold 24/48 hour tickets - saving us the bother of getting them at the stations. It is an impressive hotel but when we got to our room I have to say it... More

Agree that otherwise fine hotel marred by outrageous in-room wi-fi charge. We rotated from room to lobby several times eCh evening to use free lobby wifi. Good beds & shower. Room AC could not keep up w 85+ degree day. Arsenal pub nice. Bkfast buffet nice but not worth the 28 €. Good business center, huge screen Macs. Unflappable desk... More

Staff was pleasant and helpful enough but hotel was away from most attractions. Close to trains which was good. Room was tight and dated. Concrete club lounge was good with extended hours which was nice to be able to relax.
