Well, This hotel can be debatable, Started with, booked it on a same day but different month by mistake and tried to fix it within the same hour or so (1 month in advance and in an off season), but they insisted in charging me more due to a non cancellation policy. This is their right but mistake was honest...

Having arrived in Vienna following an amazing river cruise which began in Nuremberg and finished in Vienna we looked forward to a few days stay in Vienna city. Whilst its location to the city attractions is really good, the rest of the offering leaves much to be desired. Our room was spartan to say the least, extremely basic and whilst...

Dear guest, it is important for us to get feedback from our guests, in order to follow up described circumstances, as we did with front desk, service and our housekeeping. First of all it is a pity that you did not tell us anything during your stay- why ? Certainly we could have found a solution . Now it is...

The location was great in the middle of the city. The room was clean and enough big. BUT the hotel was very noisy. Avoid the rooms facing the street, or you'll need earplugs! On the second night of my stay I couldn't sleep at all because of the noise like music. (I didn't know exactly where it came from but...

Dear guest, thank you for your message and your feedback. We are very sorry that you were facing some noise Problems during your stay. This hotel is ideally situated as it is within walking distance of all the local attractions. The staff were very helpful, even prior to our arrival. I contacted them to arrange transport to and from the hotel, which they did, and they also offered to assist with any tickets I wanted to purchase. I wasn't able to get tickets for...

What a wonderful hotel. Very centrally located just steps from the pedestrian mall in the city centre. We splurged for the pick up and drop off service. Was well worth it. Staff at the hotel were wonderful. Will definitely be returning.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel over 10 years, and I love it more each time. The location is unbeatable (20 m off the main street and100 m from St Stephen's cathedral, not to mention the restaurants and stores. This really lovely hotel is so very comfortable and stylish. My wife and I stayed here in early December 2016. On our arrival we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff. Our room was spacious, warm and cosy and needless to say spotlessly clean. Most of the sights of Vienna are within walking distance of thehotel. An excellent breakfast buffet...

Stayed here several times before, as it was a good deal and close to the center. Last trip, the yelling on the street kept me awake all four nights. Nothing the hotel can do to control that. Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
