I’m happy with our stay. I’ll start with a few things that weren’t as good. Coffee machine wasn’t working in one of the rooms (we were there in a group of 4, we had 2 rooms). Another thing is that one of the waiters did not spoke english which would not me a problem but in general but when someone has allergies then it can be bothering. Lat bad thing - pizza in the hotel bar was def not worth its price. It tasted like one of these frozen crusts and the waiting time was pretty long. Now to good stuff - employees were wery nice and helpful. The hotel itself looks very modern and rooms were very clean. We also liked the interiors - I saw someone commenting that rooms were ugly - wtf? Impressing lobby, great spacious parking with a lot of parking spots, very nice (and again - very clean) gym area. We were in this hotel during the pandemic so there were plenty of restrictions so breakfast buffet was small but it was enough. It was great to see organic coffee in the coffee maker! …
We struggled to find any fault at all , great friendly helpful staff, superb location with tram stop into city right outside , spotlessly clean, very modern and comfortable, would stay here again without hesitation as we plan to return to a wonderful city ....
Lovely hotel with great rooms. Staff couldn't have tried harder to make us welcome. Breakfast choice was extensive and very good quality. Had Pizza in the bar on 2nd night and that was good too. Be aware its a bit of a trek into the center of Vienna where all the sights are but we used Uber at around 9euro each way. Im sure the Metro would be OK too but we were short on time so decided to take the easy way.
Booked an airport transfer through the hotel about a month before we even went and service via email was already wonderful. Airport transfer desk was easy to find and next to the Vienna Pass desk, very useful! Arriving at the hotel our room was ready before check in which was nice as we could put our luggage away and freshen up before our first day of exploring. Smooth, friendly check in, good info and clear English which helped. We had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant. Veal meatballs and the roast beef, wow. Felt very luxurious but affordable prices. Our waitress was very attentive but not stifling. It is a 5 minute walk down a straight road to the Schonbrunn site (palace, gardens and zoo etc) Also an underground station (green line U4) located by the palace a tram line stop (52 & 60 red route) is also opposite the hotel (technical museum side) Some noise comes from the busy road junction & train line which is on a bridge. Nothing that ruined our visit or stopped us from resting but worth a mention. Room was clean and the bed was comfy, what more do you need for a city break for exploring? A welcoming shower for the end of the day too! The TV didnt have any english channels but it did have screen mirroring so we actually watched netflix from our tablet at night with the free (sometimes glitchy wifi) a nice touch! Looking back at our visit I cant find one fault, only wish we were there longer and got to try more of the menu! Thanks to the hotel for great service, a lovely stay & my boyfriends birthday treat!! Really appreciated!…
Great location, close to Schönbrunn Castle, superb breakfast. It's a shame that parking is public and must be paid separately, but it is accessible right below the hotel. We walked to the castle on foot, about 5 minutes. The location to stay if you want to visit the castle could not be better. The staff is extremely helpful and don't miss breakfast !!! :-) When we visit Vienna again, we will choose this hotel again.
