Stayed for a long weekend in February 2015. Gloria at the front desk checked us in. She was able to get us into our room early which was greatly appreciated after taking 3 planes from SFO and arriving in Vienna early in the morning. The whole staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, walking distance to...

Many things about this hotel are excellent. The rooms are very individual, very comfortable and spacious. The service from all staff was excellent, including in the rooftop bar (good views) and restaurant which are by themselves worthy of anyone's time. The hotel is also in a very good location for exploring the city on foot (which is the only way...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town, in quiet, institutional neighbourhood, no need to use the public transport, we could reach everything by foot. The hotel is very youthful, trendy, targeting younger guests - but not a backpackers' place, it is not noisy! and very peaceful. They...

The hotel couldn't be better located. The room was small but clean, comfortable and had a spectacular view. The bar on the top floor is really great as well. The reception staff however weren't very friendly, but it didn't affect our stay.
