Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.

We rented two rooms. A smaller one for our daughter and a larger suite on the top floor for us. No complaints for the design of the rooms. Very individual and nice touches like the speaker for playing your own music and the ability to use the messenger bags. The location

Dear Seanm_nz, first of I want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I´m happy that not everything was negative and that you enjoyed the design and all the features. But I do want to apologize, that overall, you didn't had the stay you expected. Regarding the kindness and the attitude or the staff, your absolutly right that this is an unacceptable thing and I definitely will talk the teams, that this is not how 25hours want to be perceived. Concerning the location of the room, I´m also sorry that you got a room beneath the rooftop bar. Sometimes we do have live events where the music can be louder than usual. I´m sure the front office team didn´t want to be rude to refuse to come up to the room. But I´m glad that we could change the room right away. So thank you again for your honest words, because only with the feedback of our guests, we can improve our product constantly. Hope to welcome you back in Vienna soon and show you that we can do better. All the Best.

I spent a long weekend here with my partner and brother and had an absolutely fantastic time. The hotel has a quirky style but avoids coming across as Hipster with a tongue-in-cheek humour to it all (examples being a bike rack saying 'Put some fun between your legs' and the

Dear Bryony M, thank you so much for such an amazing rating and feedback. It looks like we found a new 25hours fan. I love how you descipe all the details you noticed during you stay. Those are the stories we want to tell. Besides all the positiv things I´m sorry to hear that you weren´t able to access to the roof top bar. Did you know that the elevator next to the reception gives our hotel guest always access? Hope you will get a new chance next time. There is coming more from 25hours, like the new hotel in Paris this month. All the best from Vienna.

25hours knows a thing or two about the details. From a wireless speaker system in my room, to a messenger bag I could borrow, to the cute stuffed animal on my bed, I was constantly surprised and delighted with the amenities. The shower, soaps, and lotions were high quality and a

Hello Beth we have 12 panoramic suites. The main difference to the other rooms and suites is the size as those suites are about 5-7sqm bigger than the normal suites. Furthermore you have the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view over the Weghuberpark and the city of Vienna. Let us know if we can assist with a reservation. Hello Chrissie A kettle and a coffee maker is only available in the higher room categories like XL or suites. You can get tea and hot water for free at the lobby area. Some bath rooms have a separat toilet but not all. This also depends on the room category. Best regards Christian Kölling General Manager 25hours Hotel Vienna
