Booked for 4 nights to visit as many Vienna Museums and Galleries as possible. Excellent location immediately south of the Ringstrasse close by Karlsplatz. Apple TV, free WiFi which worked beautifully, very comfortable and stylish room. Quirky and attractive public spaces and a pleasant bar and dining room. Reception staff unfailingly polite and helpful with recommendations and advice on getting...

I'm a loyal Starwood member, so it's not often I'll stay in a boutique hotel. But thanks to Starwood's Design Hotels partnership, I found myself at Das Triest in Vienna and remembering just how much I love these types of places. We were given a garden suite on the first floor with a patio door leading to a lovely sitting...

Modern quirky hotel done in a nautical theme. Clean, airy, nice rooms, no complaints. Good cafes nearby for breakfast. Wi-Fi was very patchy and not equally distributed throughout the hotel. Shower burst on arrival but they swapped us to another room immediately.

Lovely city; elegant comfortable hotel. It's position close to Karlsplatz meant you were a short walk from the attractions of central Vienna. Large modern impressive rooms and helpful friendly staff added to the positive impression. The only reason this review is not 5* is the refurb the building is going through. This is being very well managed, is not intrusive...

This hotel has the touch of a small family owned luxury hotel which is very nice. Rooms are spacious and offer modern interior. Bathrooms are great. The breakfast served was good, although not exceptional. Vienna's 1st district is within walking distance. Fair quality for the price.

I stayed at this hotel as i wrongly believed it to be part of the SPG/Marriott family but that is not the case. No Platinum recognition, points, water or breakfast. A very slow wifi was included. Also no coffee in the room. Fine as a good priced hotel and room was quiet and comfortable.

We stayed at Das Triest for 3 nights with friends. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived. When we asked for advice about sightseeing they were very helpful and gave good recommendations. The hotel was very clean and our room was too! Having slippers and a dressing gown was a real treat as was the...

Stayed 4 nights and are very pleased with this Hotel. Situated in a calm spot close to city center. Breakfast buffet was also very good, with a wide selection of food. Some renovation was ongoing but didn't disturb us much.

Have just returned from a city break in Vienna staying at Das Triest with my husband, brother, sister and brother in law. Having read other reviews I was concerned as to whether the building work currently taking place would have an impact on our visit; this was not the case. Yes there is building work taking place but it does...

Near to Karlsplatz and U-Bahn station. Near the Technical university. Local area not so motivated to us. A lot of garbage around. Staff kind. Nice bathroom. For all details, do not hesitate to ask us.

The original stables with their vaulted ceilings were converted to lounges, suitesand conference rooms with distinctive flair. The awarded restaurant Collio spoils its guests with northitalian cuisine. The mediterranean courtyard is one of the busy city´s cherished quiet spots.
