Service and environment are first class, location is spectacular. I was fortunate enough (as Platinum Elite) to be upgraded to a wonderful suite on the second floor overlooking the action below. Definitely got me in a Vienna mood. Highly recommend.

The "Hotel Imperial" is a wonderful hotel to stay during
the Christmas holidays. Beautiful tree and decorations,
staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a standard room which
had plenty of space for all our luggage. Bed was very comfortable

This was a big birthday disappointment! My mom purchased two vouchers here, under the conditions that I am vegan. Food was uneatable and I am truly disappointed that they have lied to her. It's crazy that a five star hotel cannot cater for vegans.

Dear MonicaM3000, thank you for your and your mother's visit to our Advent brunch on Sunday. We are grateful for every comment we receive from our clients. Only through your remarks we can see where we are and above all where we can improve, so that we are able to completely satisfy the demands of our guests. However, we are very sorry to learn that you did not enjoy the vegan food prepared for you by our kitchen and pastry team and kindly ask you to get back to us directly (daniela.stoppel@luxurycollection.com) Warm regards and happy belated birthday, Daniela Stoppel

Vienna is truely a wonderful city and the Imperial is magnificent. Loved every part of this stay. The hotel is wonderful and furnished so well. We chose a junior suit and certainly wasn't disappointed. It makes a difference having so much room.

Is it better to take an Uber to the hotel rather than a taxi to/from train station?
It’s easy to taxi but you might want to consider contacting the hotel before by email to arrange for a hotel Mercedes pick up. The price is about the same as a taxi, very reasonable, and you will receive excellent service with your luggage and help with check-in at the hotel.

Just wondering the hotel looks so luxury and sure is , but do they have some “ dress code “ in the breakfast room or lunch and dinner in the cafe ?
There is no formal dress code for breakfast or dinner but it is always nice if people dress up just a little. It goes with the level of class.

Hello, I will be staying here in a weeks time and wondered if there is a hairdryer and iron and ironing board in the rooms? Silly question I know but the website doesn’t state either of these. Many thanks.
They have both hair dryer and an iron. This is a great hotel and can get you anything you might need during your stay.
