Really no complaints. Good value staff were polite and helpful breakfast was healthy and good. No bar but we went to the bar next door for a night cap which was fine. Would recommend. Some nice touches with helpful guidance, they booked a restaurant from reception and handed out maps they also have umbrella in the porch although we had... More

Our first time in Vienna, and what a perfect choice we made to stay in this hotel. A family of four, we've stayed at Christiane Hörbiger Süit on the 5th floor, a 50 m2 two bedroom apartment with wonderful decoration mixing early 20th century and contemporary. Loved every detail with the hotel, boutique and exclusive as it could be. Breakfast... More

Our family of 4 stayed in the Madama Rosa suite for 5 nights and we were really thrilled with this gorgeous boutique hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and were treated to a complimentary home made jam, beautiful Mozart chocolates for all of us and drinks left in our room on the occasion of the birthdays we were celebrating... Wonderful stay and very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a 2bedroom suite which was perfect for 2 adults, 2 children with plenty of space. The room was nice and quiet and beds were great. Very convenient location.

The room was really small. Also it was so hot that you felt dizzy being inside. The linen - mattress etc were not the best quality. The only window had an internal view on the wall. It is perfectly located, but ask no more. The breakfast buffet was decent (but the automatic coffee machine, that was nightmare)

I stayed here for a weekend. The hotel is in a great location and for a really good price! Staff were helpful and when I left my bank card behind they kindly forwarded it on to me at no charge. Highly recommended!

Pretty good, nice rooms comfy bed, good breakfast and excellent location. Only complaint was that the walls were thin so I was disturbed in the night with families checking out. Not sure it's worth the full advertised price, but good value if, like me, you can get a late deal.

This hotel was perfect for our 5-night stay. It is a small hotel with a lot of charm in a great location. We had room 409, which was large and had a nice bathroom. The room was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The dining room was attractive, the staff attentive, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. The... More

Stayed 3 nights in good sized room. Hotel located in town centre, so close to everything. Little noise as on a small side street. Old world elegance, especially the lift. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. For a city centre hotel, very reasonably priced. Assuming we go to Vienna again, would definitely stay here.

Stayed for about the 10th time at this historic, lovely small hotel very near Stephansdom in early Aug '15 for 6 nights. Hotel staff at all levels are welcoming & helpful for all requests 24 hrs. We always stay in front facing room (rather large) with appropriate bath w/ lots of towels. Typical Austrian breakfast in cozy room plus a... More
