When we spend a weekend in Vienna we choose Rainer's hotel first it is very value wise, 2nd it is near the tourist spots like Schönbrunn, there is a shopping street very near also a Turkish restaurant in front which is very cheap but has very good food also! The hotel offers buffet breakfast for €14.50 per person per day... More

Friendly staff, nice big room, fab breakfast, close to station - really would recommend this hotel. We didn't eat here in the evenings but I'm sure the food would be good. The only downside was that our room looked out over some rather uninspiring buildings but maybe you need to expect that when staying in the city.

I really dont understand why hotel managers don't learn simple things! Breakfast is part of the package and you should get it right! When you claim that you are a 4-star hotel, as Rainers Hotel does, you should offer 4-star breakfast and not what I ate over my 4-night stay in this hotel. But I will come back to it.... More

Some of the staff members are nice and helpful, some others should not work at a client-facing business as they have very poor manners and lack of the most basic courtesy. In addition to this the WiFi does not work in the rooms - you have to either use it in the hallways or go down to the restaurant and... More

Visited vienna by myself and right from the moment i walked in the staff were lovely. One guy in particular forgot his name but seemed to be in charge at reception went out of his way to make sure even tours i had booked were all confirmed and rang up companies to check for me. close to public transportation. Rooms are well appointed. Wi Fi and breakfast are a part of the package. Quiet place to stay. Close to the city center. Staff try to be helpful, but English language can be a barrier. Overall a good experience for short stay Executive rooms are quite pricey, though, but spacious,

This hotel was very nice. For Europe the twin rooms were quite spacious. Bathrooms an A+. The morning breakfast was well done and had many options for guests. Staff were courteous. A good value. Not as close to the city center but good. Only a ten euro can drive if necessary.

The hotel is close to public transportation . The room was ok and clean. The staff tries to be helpful but they don't always succeed. The laundry is not in the hotel so if you want something cleaned by a certain hour you need to give it in advance to make sure you will have what to wear :)

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, and we enjoyed it so much. Big room, very clean and everything you need to feel comfortable. An amazing and splendid breakfast, stalled in 3 room. In the elevator you have a paper with time indications when it’s the best time to go for breakfast. We listened to the warning and we... More

Good sized rooms. Extremely comfortable king sized bed, good bathroom, wifi that worked, aircon that worked quietly but efficiently. Would definitley stay again. Excellent value. Helpful reception staff. Bus stop right outside the hotel and train station (S-bahn) and tram station 3 or 4 minuts easy walk. I recommend this hotel.
