I went on a business trip to Vienna. The hotel is neat and the room was really spacious. But being right on a main road, the traffic noise was too loud. Could not sleep thw whole night. The isolation is very bad. The hotel needs to do something about this

Big room, cleaned and quiet. About 10-15min walk to the metro station, about 30min walk to the city centre, 5 min taxi to the train station. Located near small shops and restaurants. Breakfast room is in the lobby... quite unusual, but works fine. Breakfast was okay. Wifi is ok, but couldn't stream smoothly. Service was ok.

I booked two rooms in this hotel with discount price on booking.com, but they cancelled my reservation at the last minute, without to try to contact me. I'm very disappointed. The purpose is clearly to try to increase thre room rate as much as possible in occasion of the new year celebration. You are not professional!!!! Shame to you!

This hotel is in a good location due to the transport. The 74a bus stops right outside the hotel and run every 8 minutes. The best way from the airport is the train to Wien Mitte then the 74a bus to the hotel, whole journey should take 45 mins. The staff at the hotel are excellent. The breakfast was very...

We have stayed in one of the 8th floor apartments and everything was very clean when we arrived. The flat even had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. To rooms, two TV sets, one big bathroom with shower and bath tub and a separate toilet. Everything very clean. Because we were 3 people (one child) in the second...

Only stayed one night but supposed to stay for 3. The rooms are very tired and the hotel did apologise when we complained and asked to leave, they said that they have requested updates from head office but still no word. Builders outside, traffic noise is pretty noisy, lots of ambulances shooting by. Nicely situated hotel but such a shame...

This hotel is about 25 minutes' walk from St. Stephen's cathedral in teh centre of Vienna and about 6 minutes walk from the U-Bahn (subway) station at Kardinal Nagl Platz. We found it comfortable for a week's stay but it would not have been so for longer as the room was relatively small. There is awalk-in closet for baggage adn...

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and so far so good. Until yesterday. Due to a huge problem at Vienna airport my evening flight was cancelled. I advised the hotel as soon as I could about the situation and they still charged me the full amount for a no show. I am an expert traveller...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our trip to Vienna. Room was clean and large enough, but it has hard floor, it was quiet even if it faced the street, bathroom has a rolling glass door, staff was nice, breakfast was very good but expensive and always crowded, the location was close to the city center, the...

The Eurostars Embassy is synonymous with elegance and quality. Did you know that Vienna is nowadays considered as being the city with the best lifestyle in the world? This is corroborated on all the lists prepared by Mercer the prestigious firm that each year publishes a Quality of Living ranking. Ahead of Zurich, Geneva, Vancouver and Auckland, Vienna heads the ranking comprising all the large cities world-wide. For this reason, in a city like Vienna, a Eurostars establishment had to be present, central and elegant and of top quality for those guests in search of comfort, well-being and design befitting their expectations. The Eurostars Embassy Hotel is an establishment with spacious, quiet rooms of high standing and designed in contemporary, minimalist style. Indeed, the hotel has recently been totally refurbished Please note that the hotel's garage has a 90-degree curved driveway and is therefore only suitable for vehicles up to a width of 2 metres and a length of 4.5 metres.
