I do recommend this hotel as the staff are all lovely. The hotel itself is beginning to look a bit tired. The room we were in definitely would benefit from a coat of paint.Having said that it was clean and the breakfast was good. Could do with more staff in the restaurant to clear tables a bit quicker. Tram stop on the D ring very near by and goes just about everywhere you would want to go.

The photos I saw of this hotel before booking were most definitely taken by a skilled photographer. Cannot complain about the room - clean and comfortable bed - although uncomfortably hot and can’t turn heating down, and if you open the window you’ll be kept awake by trams all night. And no tea / coffee / kettle facilities Reception ok I guess, but corridors leading too rooms really dirty...far from feeling like a European ‘Arthotel’ but rather like a worn out B&B Breakfast ok, but the much lauded free coffee machine is a bit of a joke as is over used so doesn’t always work Location is not ideal, next to what looks like a derelict shopping mall but is actually the back of the university...but no bars or restaurants of note nearby, taxis required And whilst not the hotel’s fault the other guests were really rude...as were a couple of members of staff Was ok, but won’t go back

The hotel is a little far, but the tram line D is a wonderful way to go to the city center. Employees are not very nice, and there is no Air conditioner. Children are not very welcomed, always looking to us with bad face as we had a little happy child in our group. Breakfast is good.

Just returned from a 4 nights stay at this hotel. I needed a location close to UBahn and somewhere between touristic objectives. I know Vienna very well, I travelled with my daughter for sightseeing. The hotel is small, public areas also. Booked a triple room, decent space and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was good, but no much variation from day to day. Free wifi, with good speed in all hotel areas including rooms. A good raport between price and quality of services.
