We loved our stay here! Once inside I felt like I'd stepped into a Jane Austen novel with the beautiful old furnishings. The position is brilliant and we could walk to all the city centre treasures Prague has to offer. The staff were lovely, especially the perfect tourist advice! as Lots of lovely surrounding restaurants or supermarket nearby and great...

Even for a person who prefer modern things. This apartment was mind blowing. It was so spacious and clean. Yet quaint and charming at the same time. The location was perfect. Within walking distance from Stephansplatz and the convenience store Billa and myriad of restaurants to choose from. Maja was so warm and so enthusiastic about giving us all the...

The building is a little hard to find, but it's old and beautiful, interesting for people who, like me, is used to very modern-like places. I belive the streets is for pedestrians, but you can drive in to get to the garage. Most part of the furniture is also dates from some decades, to add some vintage style to your...

Villa Kumpf is an old style villa in a very central location of Vienna. The villa is large which makes it comfortable for an extended stay. The villa is clean and tidy and serviced daily. We found Villa Kumpf close to every thing we wanted to see. The location is very close.

A short stay in Vienna was made more enjoyable by these fine flats in a quiet street in the old town about a 300/400 yards from the Dom. Lovely antique furniture , high high ceilings , a bed almost filling the room ( ...maybe a little too big ). Friendly and helpful owner Klaus kept us right with anything we...

We intended to stay in VIENNA - AUSTRIA for 3 days, but wanted to be in the dead-centre of downtown to avoid using the car. So we decided to book a semi-private Hotel - appartment - and booked at VILLA KUMPF, in VIENNA. This is located in the 1-BEZIRK - meaning first district of VIENNA. There you do have nearly...

Villa Kumpf is a set of serviced apartments right in the centre of the old Vienna i.e. inside the Ringstrasse. A;; of the major tourist attractions inside the Ringstrasse are easily accessible and within easy walking distance (less than 20 minutes), We actually walked to Belvedere Gardens which was well worth the effort as we saw so much of Vienna...

We were welcomed as though we were family friends to a clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Excellent directions to attractions, supermarkets and restaurants were provided with on call assistance available 24/7 if required. This was an exceptional find and outstandingly good value for money.

This is an apartment in a central location. it is not a standard hotel so it does not have all of the services you would expect at a hotel. It is clean and quiet and close to Stephansplatz. It was quite reasonably priced for our three night stay. The room was large and the small kitchen was convenient. They provide...

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
