We only spent one night here and thought the hotel has nice friendly staff. It had a very good location for town, which was easily within walking distance. The room rate here was very reasonable and we were upgraded gratis, which was nice. The room was very comfortable and clean and was large. Wifi was free but a little slow...

Location perfect, rooms quite comfy, pillows need to be harder, only snag was wearing coats to the restaurant rain or snow, meaning have to cross a parking yard. Service was good, as for TV only a couple of english speaking canals. Breakfast is about right, scrambled eggs sausages salmon cereals fruit juices tea & coffee.

This hotel was right in the centre of Bergenz and walking distance to alll the attractions. Room 302 was large for european standards with a couch in the sitting area. All the staff were very friendly, the breakfast as very good with a good variety. We had dinner there 4 nights and were pleasantly surprised, the hotel also has a...

Stayed for one night while visiting the local hospital. The check in was very quick and the staff were great. Rooms are very large and have excellent bathrooms and well appointed. The beds are firm and pillows less firm, but from what i have experienced pretty standard for Europe - and single x 2 setups. The hotel is a little...

Not sure why this hotel is classified as "Luxury" on Tripadvisor, as the hotel calls itself a 4-Star property. It is very conveniently located in the center of Bregenz, opposite a large parking garage and within walking distance to the festival on the lake, shopping and the railway station. The rooms are medium size, the bathrooms on the small side...

Nice, comfortable rooms with lots of thoughtful fittings, like a radio in the bathroom and plenty of plug sockets. Unfortunately the floorboards creak like crazy and the doors are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor showering at 5am, and it sounded like he was in my bathroom.

Thanks a lot for your feedback! Our hotel is an anterior building, where a hotelghost is living since plenty of decades. He is really noisy- but he is taking care of all the hotelguests! But if you visit us again- we can offer you a room in the 5. floor. Then there are no guest above you! Best wishes, Verena

This hotel is comfortable and convenient. The rooms are of a good size and well appointed. We were given a complimentary blanket and seat cushions for the open air opera - which came in very useful and for which thank you very much Hotel Weisses Kreuz. The breakfast was adequate, although the scrambled eggs could have been more frequently 'refreshed'....

Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent food with a great choice on the menu. Superb location not far from the train station & lake front. Good size room & very good level of cleanliness. The old part of the town is well worth a visit. The cable car is worth taking to the hilltop & perhaps consider walking back down on...

I stay here every time I come to Bregenz and I am always pleased . The rooms are well decorated, clean and the service is excellent. The floor boards creak in some of the rooms but this is a minor detail. an excellent hotel and I recommend a stay here if you happen to be in Bregenz.
