The hotel hosted our group of 30 for a ski holiday for a week. Every evening we looked forward to dinner because of the outstanding staff in the dining room, starring Luis who was so entertaining! Thank you to the chef -- meals were great, hors oeuvres were sensational -- lox and cheese selection yummy. Restaurant staff ALL so attentive and hard working -- came in early so our group could catch an early bus. Diana and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful. Housekeeping were great - floors everywhere sparkling -- so dedicated. It's really hard to manage big (noisy) groups. Thank you to the team who made our stay great. My room was at the rear of the hotel -- super quiet (except for the guests next door that were arguing with their teenage kids). I GREATLY APPRECIATE efforts to keep everyone masked near buffets and in the common areas! THANK YOU for caring about keeping us safe

This hotel and its staff especially the manager Diana are the worst service possible. I am in the travel industry and this place is to be avoided. The lack of empathy shown after arriving from a 13 hour trip is scandalous.

pros: Large clean rooms Centrally located in the center of town Cons: Street noise including a rooster crowing 7/24 hours a day The worst lumpy mattresses which prevented sleeping at all and we both said the same thing: horrible Every time your turned over on the WWII mattress the bed frame made terrible creaking sounds. So zero sleep for both of us Bring ear plugs!

464 / 5000 Übersetzungsergebnisse Thank you very much for your lines. We are very sorry that you did not feel so comfortable. Our mattresses have all been renewed in recent years, some with new box spring beds. Of course it's always a matter of feeling, some mattresses are too soft, others too hard. We always try to find a balance. But we are particularly pleased that you liked our location in the heart of Kitzbühel and the beautiful, large rooms.

We stayed at this hotel during Feb half term 2020. The hotel was very comfortable and cosy however, a big let down was our room. We had a room at the front of the hotel, so at night the road noise was quite bad as the hotel is located on the main road through Kitzbuhel. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and overall the room lacked any soft furnishings or ambience in comparison to the communal areas. Another thing it lacked was places to hang helmets, gloves, etc which was a bit of an issue when you're out skiing 8 hours a day for a week. There also wasn't really anywhere to do makeup as the surface space throughout the room and bathroom was limited (major issue for a 16 year old girl!!) The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but the hot water and heating was excellent so we both enjoyed a hot bath each night- a must have for a skiing hotel. The bar was a lovely place to sit each evening for pre-dinner drinks or a hot chocolate after leaving the slopes. The restaurant was faultless. The staff were absolutely wonderful, as was the delicious food and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The receptionists were also very helpful and welcoming. The ski hire shop was about a two minute walk away which was handy however, the main lift out of Kitzbühel was about a ten minute walk away which felt even further as we carried our skis and were stomping along in ski boots. Once we eventually arrived at the lift, we had to queue for about 30 minutes before getting on it. Because of this, we decided to start taking the bus to Jochberg each morning where the queue was less than two minutes each time. The walk to the bus stop was about 5 minutes and then the bus journey itself about 15 so this worked out much better. The boot room had a great place to hang boots which was heated so they would be dry each morning and it also had lockable ski racks which were good too. Something I would definitely recommend is the local ice hockey. Oh my goodness, what a sport! We went to watch a game towards the end of our stay and were absolutely in awe of the players so decided to start watching some in the UK too (a plan promptly thwarted by covid). The atmosphere was just amazing and it was so entertaining. If you stay in Kitzbuhel please go to the hockey, the stadium is about a ten minute walk from the Maria Theresia. Kitzbuhel itself was a lovely town, there are lots of shops and places to eat and have a drink. The nightly atmosphere was slightly disappointing as it was a bit quiet and we do ski for the sport itself but also for the aprés! Overall we would definitely go back again but it would be nice for the rooms to be made a little bit more comfortable and less austere.

Thank you very much for your lines. We are particularly pleased that you felt comfortable in our house. For your next stay, we recommend one of our superior double rooms or Hahnenkamm double rooms. These two categories are much larger and also have a bathtub for your hot bath in the evening. We always recommend Element3 for ski rental. The shop is right next to the Hahnenkammbahn and our guests receive a discount there and they can also store their skis there. You can therefore take a leisurely stroll and even after skiing you can still stroll comfortably in the pedestrian zone, which is only a few meters away from the hotel. We very much hope to see you again soon and remain with the warmest greetings from Kitzbühel Your Q! hotel

My wife and I stayed here for a week booking through Crystal ski. This was our second trip to Kitzbuhel in as many years for a weeks skiing. the hotel on first impressions was lovely. This carried on throughout the week and we were made to feel very welcome during our stay. The restaurant staff were so friendly. Smiling faces at 7am for breakfast and ther same smiling faces at 9pm during evening meal. We stayed half board and the breakfast and evening meal had an excellent rage of food. We did not go hungry! The hotel is based only 5 min walk from the main gondola and is very central. The hotel bar was warm and again the barman was very friendly. The only issue we had was the drains in the room left a lingering smell but because we only used our room to sleep and quickly change between skiing and apres ski it wasn't enough of an issue to complain and we just got on with it. We will definitely rebook here but in future just ask for a different room.

The hotel is in the center of Kitzbuhel, within 3 minutes walk to the Midevil old town. Hotel stuff is VERY friendly, the hotel is nice with good bar , good food. On a side note, I left my cosmetics pouch in the bathroom, I simply forgot it , called the hotel and they found it and sent it to me, arrived within a few days. Thank you. A jackuzzi would be a good thing to have after skiing, there is a spa at the hotel, it is ok, yet jackuzzi would have been great.

To elevate this hotel to a better rating. First, improve the wifi - it’s almost unusable. And when I, and many other guests, complained... the response was ‘too many guests’. Well, blaming your customers because you haven’t properly equipped your facility is - sorry - pretty shoddy! But, if the hotel improves its wifi, and it’s customer orientation, it could be a very pleasant property. It’s conveniently close to the main Gondola, the Hannenkamm. It has a nice comfortable lounge area. The rooms are typical of a ski resort town... functional & adequate - certainly not luxurious. But, hey, that’s standard for lodgings in big ski towns... adequate even while being silly expensive (approx €300 a night) So, fix your wifi ( c’mon, I know you can), show some thoughtfulness to your customers, and you could be a really fine ski hotel. Until then... sigh!

Hotel looks nice inside and out. Nice lounge bar next to lobby, nice dining rooms. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Difficult to achieve sufficient coolness at night (common in ski resorts). The pillows need some fluffing and even perhaps asking for more from reception - which they cheerfully did. All staff good and efficient and well trained it seemed to me. We were a group of four - we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner each day for 4 days.(ie -we thought the food was excellent). Not cheap - it seems Kitzbuhel is not a cheap place!! Walk to lifts is about 10 minutes - there are lockers at the lifts if wanted 8 Euros a day. The ski and boot room is fantastically warm - no cold feet in the morning. Kitzbuhel itself had some good skiing for us in January - we all found the piste map hard to interpret - though the one on the wall in the ski locker room was better than the printed version - the up or downesses were hard to spot on the printed version. Generally not noisy - though the nice English lady who left with her group between 3.30 am and 4.30 am by coach certainly won my prize for loud, non-stop talking in the hours of darkness! Wi-fi variable - could be better. I would have said that a good place to park a motorcycle was where they have handily placed the Harley Davidson signs. Perhaps I'm wrong.

Chose this hotel due to location to ski lift and also price and must say it was perfect for our ski trip. We were half board, food was excellent, staff very pleasant, good spa area and great location. Had everything we needed (a hot tub would have been nice though) would definitely recommend.
