Stayed for a weeks skiing in March and loved it. The rooms were spotless and,as we were kindly upgraded to suites, spacious. Great breakfast buffet and generous, well cooked dinners with good choices. But it was made special by the staff,so friendly and helpful. Taxi to lift was a real bonus and the pool sauna were good. Rainer in the bar was...

Great hotel for the winter holidays. Excitable owners talking with all the guests. Rich buffet breakfast and four-course dinner with daily changing menu. Rooms comfortable and clean. Provided transportation to the ski lifts. Indoor swimming pool open 24h

This hotel was lovely. The hospitality Was second to none, traditional Austrian style. Family owned and very personal. Made to feel we were in someone's home. The food was excellent value for money. Drinks reasonable and a short 10 minute walk to the lift. Hotel has a shuttle service for those who might not want to walk. I would definitely...

I have seen a review on this site which states that the hotel was 'Snobbish and unfriendly' This is just not possible! We have stayed there many times and return just because the very opposite is true. The hotel is a family run, warm and friendly place where guests are made welcome almost as part of the family. They cannot...

While the hotel offers nice rooms and good meals (breakfast avearge and repetitive) the owners and the staff leave a bad taste behind due to their rigidity and lack of generosity. Prices of drinks are very high, you get charged for a card to the skies room, there is no tea in the room, the fire in the chimney from...

Statuesque alp-maidens glide about the dining room in traditional dirndl gowns emphasiizing cleavage, perhaps throwing the odd cat among the marital pigeons as husbands revel in the attention. The dishes served by said alp-maidens are excellent, the service and cuisine first class. We were given an excellent large room/suite, overlooking the nice snowbound gardens and spa. This is a hotel...

We decided to stay in this hotel as part of a packaged ski holiday last week. We had seen previous reviews which had helped sway us and we really were not disappointed. I can honestly say that this has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It's not the biggest, newest or flashiest hotel. It...

We have skied in Kitzbhul many times in the winter but decided to see the mountains in the summer. We were not disappointed, it was glorious, so pretty especially the cows which seemed to be especially pretty were on the mountains munching on the green lush grass with their bells clinking. We stayed at the Hotel Erika once before many...

From the moment we arrived we were treated like part of the family, Ushi is a wonderful hostess and a fountain of knowledge. All the staff, from the girls on reception to bar manager were wonderfully helpful and very friendly. A particular thank you has to be made to Judith (Udith - apologies for spelling) our hostess in the dining...
