The location of the Hotel is amazing, in the heart of the city. The staff is friendly, helpfull and experienced. They have a nice restaurant, where you can get everything you wish! The rooms are typical for Tyrol, a lot of wood and "warm" colours.

What a charming hotel, with fabulous staff. We absolutely loved our time in Kitzbuhel visiting the Christmas Markets and enjoying some early skiing. This hotel is superb, from the slick check in to the delicious breakfasts and especially the totally professional service in the dining room. We will most definitely be back.

Beautiful decor, great location (very short distance to nearest ski lift), middle of town close to a large number of restaurants and bars. Would definitely go again. We were on a business trip and venue was fantastic - catered well fr large groups.
