We stayed here for a week with Crystal Ski on a half board basis. We were 4 adults and two children in two rooms. The rooms were large with balconies overlooking the mountains, views were stunning. The hotel is traditional but well maintained with lovely reception areas for lounging and enjoying a drink. There is only wifi in the reception...

Hotel Bruggerhof is a gloriously traditional Austrian resort, with a cosy and welcoming athmosphere to boot! The food, spa and waiting staff were definitely my favourite parts of the trip. There was so much choice, and the waiters very accommodating, if you can't eat something they'll be sure to get you something just as tasty instead! I went into the...

I was told by the travel agent that this hotel was 5 mins outside of town. What they didn't say was that this was in a car! Unfortunately its not walkable in winter as roads are very narrow, not lit & don't have footpaths all the way. The hotel have a shuttle into town in the am and out in...

I went here to celebrate my partners 30th. We were absolutely blown away by the food provided. We went half board and so had breakfast and an evening meal. Without these the holiday would have been so much more expensive and it was great to be set up for the day and get back of an evening and know that...

I have snowboarded in Austria over 15 times in the last 10 years, so I hope that my positive review of the Bruggerhof comes well qualified. The Bruggerhof Hotel is a lovely family run hotel just outside of Kitzbuhel. I travelled with Crystal Ski as a single occupant and I was really pleased to have been put in a double...

We stayed here as a family of four during the February half term. We found the staff very helpful, the food good and the spa and pool fab. The rooms were a bit dated as said in the other roe views but very clean and plenty of room for ski gear. All in all a very pleasant holiday - I...

Forget skiing here; we visited in the summer of 2014. So if you are into walking or cycling this is for you. The Hotel Bruggerhof is on the outskirts of Kitzbuhel; a pleasant walk of 20 - 35 minutes from the town centre. Or if you can't be asked, there's a minibus that runs from the hotel every morning. The...

Booked through Crystal with a group of 7 friends, we decided on Hotel Bruggerhof near Kitzbuhel. There are the odd dodgy reviews on TA but you should always take a place on the overall reviews which are generally good. Yes its not walking distance to Kitzbuhel but a ski bus up to Kirchbach is short and not as busy as...

After a few years break, we decided to book a family ski holiday to Kitzbuhel in Austria with Crystal ski holidays. This was our first visit to Kitz and although loved the resort/hotel/variety of ski runs we were extremely disappointed with the service of the crystals reps within resort. The hotel was charming and with access to the spa included...
