Kitzbuhel offers the best of all worlds. The several cable cars take you to incredible views and endless walks and hikes at all levels. Kitzbuhel itself has a good variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and an interesting museum , that curates exhibitions to an extraordinary high level. We were there during Kitz on Wheels Weekend, the annual Harley Davidson festival.... More

I recently spent a very enjoyable week at this hotel. A nice large room (236) with plenty of hanging space and a balcony. Although the first two days were wet, the rest of the week had temperatures between 28 and 30 degrees. Heavy winter duvets were a bit too much in this heat, especially with no air conditioning, although I... More

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Schwarzer Adler this February. Everything was perfect upon arrival. The smiles were always there to greet us, be it, the valet/bell staff, reception, bartender, or breakfast room staff. Our room (139), a Junior Suite, was very spacious. It even has a sauna room (which we unfortunately never got to use). The location of... More

This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location in Kitzbuhel, even though it was a 10 minute walk to the gondola each day. The rooms were very spacious and exceedingly comfortable and we were able to have a fantastic nights sleep all week. The breakfast and dinners were very good and the staff very attentive and it was... More

We booked a weeks skiing through Inghams and stayed in a Superior Deluxe Tirol room on the third floor at the back of the hotel. There was absolutely no noise in our room from the bar or the road. I called the hotel ahead of booking and was told that all Deluxe Tirol rooms are at the back of the... More

Overall very very happy with the place: great rooms, great service, beautiful (typical) Austrian Spa. (modern feel) I would highly recommend the hotel. The only element that let the hotel down with the dinner, this was average and the group of lads I was with agreed. just not good enough, all a bit bland. Great breakfast. But all in all.... More

We stayed here for a week early March. We had a beautiful studio suite on the 4th floor with amazing huge Windows and incredible views. Extremely comfortable bed and very spacious room/ dressing room/ bathroom. We thought the food was very good - great variety and very good quality. The Michelin star restaurant was fabulous - really delicious food and... More

A nice hotel with exceptional staff. Vlad on the piano in the bar every evening made for enjoyable nights in. A group of us stayed for different times over a two week period in March. Room were very nice though if you are given a "quiet" room at the back the view is partly of very scruffy buildings. We were... More

My husband and I have enjoyed 5 nights at this hotel, its perfect for a long weekend in the mountains, close to the town and cable car to the slopes. We chose to take the town bus which stops directly outside to get to the Hahnenkamm lift but you can walk it in 10 minutes. The food at the hotel... More
