We spent 3 nights at Haus Koller boutique hotel. Dagmar who runs this place was so helpful in directions and being there when you arrive. Breakfast is included and was a nice variety, cold cereals, variety of meats and cheeses, veggies and fruits, teas and coffee and juice. Very close 500 meters to the Hahnenkamm where the World Cup downhill...

Our family of four has just returned from a one week stay at Haus Koller. We were very happy with our stay. The two rooms we stayed in were clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was good (cereal, fruit, cold meats, prsereves, pastries, cheese, nice bread). The location is very central, just a few steps up to the main street....

The location is within a minutes walk of the town centre and its many restaurants. It is located within a five minute walk of the cable car. The accommodation is very clean and well presented in a traditional Austrian style. Dagmar is warm and attentive to all of your needs. She has lots of local knowledge and is always willing...

My friends and I stayed in a triple room (3 separate beds) in this lovely and simple Bed and Breakfast run by Dagmar. After searching online and seeing the prices for other hotels, this place represents fantastic value for money. The Location is second to none, only a short 10 minute walk to the main cable-car station (Hahnenkammbahn). In the...

Haus Koller is a small and cosy gasthaus just a couple of steps down from the main street. You can easily walk to the main cable-car station (Hahnenkammbahn) with you ski boots on. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a flat screen TV. We had a very large balcony in our room but that is almost the only room...

The room we had was spacious with large bathroom and flat screen TV. The furniture as well as the whole house was nice old traditional style. The matrasses were however quite hard and the breakfast was very basic. Overall nice experience but for 89 eur slightly overpriced (but probably Kitzbuehl level :-()

First night enroute (driving) to Ljubljana from Zurich with grandsons 5 and 10..late arrival. Dagmar bundled us into two rooms..pointed us to a good-reasonable meal. The Haus Koller is super fresh/modest...just a nice place to overnight as a single or with a tribe (especially in the off season/summer.) Big thumbs-up.

A skiing friend and I wanted to take advantage of the early season snow in the Alps. As we only had 4 nights, our main criteria was that the resort was near Munich airport and that we didn't need, or want, a car. At around 2.5 hours from Munich airport and with excellent rail connectivity, Kitzbuhel fitted the bill perfectly....
