Spent 3 nights in Hotel Alders visiting the beautiful city of Innsbruck. Altogether found the hotel a little soulless. Undoubtedly the view from the Room was among the best of hotel room views. However, the hotel, constructed in 2013 needs refurb and scratched and worn furniture and fittings let's the location down. Housekeeping was below standard with little attention to detail. Staff in the restaurant outdoor area attentive and friendly but on recent experience would not revisit without substantial improvement in the facility.

Prior to my trip to Austria, I spent hours searching for the perfect hotel where I could have a unique experience and that would offer me a great view of the Austrian landscape. When I found Adlers, I changed my itinerary to stop by Innsbruck, specifically for the hotel. I booked a suite that seemed unique, I had been waiting for this part of my trip for months. When I arrived at the hotel, the room I was given was nothing like what I had booked. I was supposed to have a panorama view of the mountains but ended with a view of the rail roads. The room was about 3 times smaller than supposed and had way less perks. Nothing close to what I was supposed to have. When I reached out to the hotel staff, I was told that when I booked, I should have specified that I wanted a room like the one described on the reservation site (text + photos). Incredible. No similar room was offered to me and I ended up cancelling the reservation. VERY disappointing and unprofessional.

Dear jp bourdeau, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. You booked a Panorama Deluxe room - one category under our smaller Suite. Please note that our Deluxe rooms do not guarantee a specific view. The Deluxe rooms are in every corner of our hotel. Because of that a view facing the railway is possible. Only in our two Suites Panorama Suite and Panorma Präsidenten Suite the view is guaranteed. We kindly ask you for your understanding that no other room was possible because we were fully booked in the Deluxe category. Kind regards, Christian H. Front Office Manager

End of July we spent a night, unfortunately the panorama deluxe room and the suite whom have more windows, were already taken as we decided at the last moment to go to Innsbruck, so we took the panorama superior room whom was lovely. Breakfast with the view, a nice breakfast. Thank you to the reception, whom kindly went to pick up a bottle of carbonated water for the room. :-) Also nice to have a drink on the terrace.

We booked a Panorama Deluxe room for 3 nights, checking in on Sept. 20th. The property is centrally located along the train station and features a parking directly connected by elevator. The “piece de resistance” of this tall building is clearly its stunning view on the town and surrounding mountains. We were lodged in room 1104 on the 11.th floor which is the top floor featuring rooms, as the 12th accommodates the lounge/restaurant where breakfast is also served. Curiously, the hotel doesn’t have a lobby in a traditional sense: the concierge & cashier counter can be found in a small separate office on the basement and the elevators to the rooms are located in a small hall, across a glass door, which opens directly on Brunecker Street. Access security to the floors being managed by room key-card, you can enter/exit the property and the parking with no contact to any staff at all. Our room was a corner one, rather large, beautifully architected and nicely furnished in a contemporary metropolitan style. From virtually any point of the room (bathroom included) it was possible to spot some additional detail of the stunning panorama. The room was comfortable and quiet (in spite of the near busy train station), breakfast was good and we definitively had a very good time here in Innsbruck.

The Adlers is a modern hotel at the train station near the historic city center. The rooms are stylish but cosy and well outlined. The views from the room and roof top restaurant are amazing. Wifi and breakfast were excellent and staff super friendly. All in all great value.
