Great location right next to the old town. You couldn’t be closer without being in the old town. But, nicely the rooms are modern and clean. Polite and helpful staff. Nice amenities, such as spa, sauna and pool. An in hotel bar. Breakfast included. A very good hotel. No complaints.

Overall a very nice Hotel. Ideally situated close to the old part of the city and well placed for public transport etc. A point to be wary about is the taxi from the airport it should cost about 15 Euros. However if you do not negotiate and are not prepared to go down the line at the rank they will charge up to 25 Euros. Staff at the hotel are extremely attentive and service very efficient. The rooms are very pleasant modern and clean. However if requesting a quiet room make sure you also ask for non connecting otherwise you could be disappointed if your neighbours are noisy. Overall I would recommend this Hotel for a stay in Innsbruck.

Pros: Spa and breakfast are nice. The staff were nice. Cons: Room was not 4 star. Small, old, a little grubby and nothing like the way the rooms are represented on the website. The noise from other guests and the road was significant. The room didn't have some basic things that you would expect like coffee or some milk. All in all it was OK.

This hotel is, in my opinion, perfect. Efficient check-in, room spacious, and felt very alpine with warmth and charm. Swimming pool was relaxing and nice to dip in the sauna. It felt very spa experience with candles! Great location close to all transport and old town. We will return for sure.

10 minutes from the airport (€23 from, €15 back dec ‘22), perfect location 2 minutes from the main square. Lovely clean rooms with terrific beds. Breakfast had something for everyone and was self service apart from coffee or tea. Staff could not do enough for you. One of the best we have ever stayed in.

This hotel never fails to to impress. I’ve been a guest many times since 2006 and their genuine hospitality is a hallmark of this property. Recent renovations to the pool, spa, lobby and guest rooms are fantastic. The location is right where you want to be. Shopping, restaurants and museums are all within a quick walk!

I spent two nights at the Hotel Innsbruck, and had a really positive experience overall. The experience wasn’t perfect - the first room smelled like mildew and the air conditioning didn’t work. (They turn off the AC system in the Autumn, and the weather was unusually warm during my stay.) Opening the windows was the only option, but this resulted in a room too noisy to sleep in. They solved this by cheerfully moving me to an interior room which was much nicer and quieter. There is a beautiful golden-tiled pool and sauna in the basement, and a really high quality spa on the 6th floor with an ice fountain and many choices of treatments. The breakfast buffet was pretty great, and good quality. Overall, a very fine hotel with an excellent spa, and a very good breakfast. Excellent value. I would highly recommend Das Innsbruck.…

The hotel is very well located, close to the old part of town, and the rooms are very comfortable. My room 407 had a nice view to the river & mountains. It has its own parking and the people were very helpful. It was a brief stay so I am unable to review the restaurant or wellness center

We were booked into this hotel with a large group and found it to meet all our expectations. I thought the breakfast was excellent, service was attentive, and the rooms were very tidy, neat, and up-to-date. I would not hesitate to stay here again since it seems to be a very well run hotel and the location is extraordinary. It is right on the J train line so you can use the J train to go Peak to peak and see a very large part of Innsbruck plus you were very close to lots of good shopping. We enjoyed our stay immensely
