We loved this hotel from the very first minute. The lobby was ample, cozy and modern. The staff at reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. And the breakfast - best we've had in Europe so far.
I stayed with a tour group at Hotel Innsbruck in early June. Hotel is well located and the staff was very helpful. They even moved us to a better room so my wife could have a walk in shower (she had a knee injury). The rooms were dated but clean. The hotel had a very good breakfast spread. As to the value, the price was right given the dated nature of the hotel.
We highly recommend Hotel Innsbruck as this is true gem of a hotel with extraordinarily warm and hospitable staff. The facilities are also amazing. There’s warm pool @ -1 level which is open 24 hours. There’s Panorama wellness spa @ 6th floor which has sauna, steam, cold showers as well as complimentary drinks. I found all the staff extremely warm and cheerful and always ready to help you. However, I would like to make special mention of Chiara @ front desk who was very helpful with checkin and gave us the room full 2 hours before time and also guided us for city sightseeing. In the restaurant, we found Jadranka and Livia extremely efficient and attentive and took good care of us at breakfast as well as dinner. The hotel room rates as well as restaurant prices are quite reasonable. Restaurant food is of very high quality and not less than of a Michelin star restaurant. Hotel Innsbruck is great value for money.…
Front desk was helpful and the hotel was situated very close to the Altstadt so easy to walk there. Breakfast was okay (croissants were great). They have a sign telling you that you can get a custom egg dish like an omelet, but nowhere does it warn you that you cannot if you are in a group as a snippy employee informed me. One elevator is out of service, but nothing horrible except at c heck in or checkout. Beds were tolerable.
The hotel is in a city center, unfortunately rooms are not soundproofed. Property is poor. I'm really surprised how this hotel is best seller, probably because of location. Amenities should be changed, especially linen. Bathrooms are tiny, extremely unpleasant to take a shower. Restaurant is definitely not "4 star"! Breakfast should be improved, especially coffee! Staff - oh they are really nice, especially reception, it's not their fault that building is not relevant for the hotel, it can be a nice business center but not a hotel. If you want to sleep don't book this property.
Nice modern renovated hotel, located right by the river, adjacent to the Christmas market and main historical city center / shopping. Our rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Hallway and rooms maintained a pleasant modern decor (like a W). Restaurant had a great ambience (piano playing, beautiful dining room, and great service staff) and excellent food. Dessert options all had berry compote theme, and mains were all delectable.
Excellent location, right where you want to be. Nice rooms, well kept. The breakfast buffet was second to none with an expansive buffet plus they offer foods from a menu, also included. Very comfortable bar area and the staff overall were very pleasant and helpful. I am not a spa person so I cannot comment on that part.
The hotel is located literally in the heart of innsbruck city and the view is directly on the inn river and the surroubding mountains. Rooms are big and clean and they have a small mini bar as well. Prices are affordable and it is very recommended.
This wonderful hotel is situated in the best location in the center of lovely Innsbruck. The room was spacious and spotless, the service was impeccable and breakfast was really good. They even have saunas on the sixth and last floor. The price was reasonable for such a high quality hotel. It is highly recommended to stay here.
Nice position, very close to pedestrian area and old town. Clean and up to standard. Room was pretty small for being a “family room”, we were 3. Pool is nice, but small and water is far too warm. Breakfast had pretty and wide choice, but nothing “special” or local.
