The Ischia Family should be justifiably proud of their hotel….it’s absolutely excellent. Over the years, we have stayed in different hotels in Innsbruck but this ranks the best. Our room on the first floor, overlooked the extremely fast flowing River Inn and the majestic Karwendel Mountains (such a spectacular backdrop). The room itself was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom.... More

Hotel Innsbruck absolutely earned this rating. The family just spent two night in Innsbruck and have zero complaints about the accommodations. It was one of the hotter weekends in August, but the air conditioning kept it cool and comfortable in the evenings. We stayed in the Double Room Deluxe and were amazed with how spacious the rooms were, I mean... More

Very nice hotel right at the edge of old town, easy walking distance to just about everywhere. I stayed in a "double room classic Innsbruck" which was a good size with a nice big bed, separate seating area, and plenty of storage space for bags. Bathroom was modern and in good order, although the shower is only partially enclosed so... More

This is my favorite place to stay in Innsbruck. It's not the least expensive, but it is well worth it. Location is the best, breakfast is amazing, the staff is always great, and the wifi is strong and free. Hotel Innsbruck is right at the entrance to the Old City and you walk out the front door and see Nordkette.... More

Maybe the rooms are not too big, but more than enough for a couple and a short stay Breakfast is perfect... Everything isntasty and they... More

Very central and also enjoyed the facilities in this very comfortable hotel - wellness area is well equipped if a little busy at some times of day, and has gorgeous views over the mountains. Rooms were a good size and very comfortable and breakfast was good.

I was skeptical about booking an older hotel. I was worried about the rooms being smaller, and the amenities not being there. But I was way wrong! This hotel is a true gem! Our room was spacious, clean and modern. The WiFi was fast, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in my... More

This is the third time we have stayed at this excellent hotel. The staff are polite, friendly and well trained-nothing is too much trouble! If you are not a good German speaker, it doesn't matter, all staff appear to seek English. The rooms are modern, well laid out and spotlessly clean, and the beds and pillows are superbly comfortable. We... More

Hotel. Innsbruck is situated perfectly on the edge of the old town. It had a beautiful room, pool and sauna. The breakfast was very nice and overall the service was very good in spite of our limited German and some of the staff's limited English. It was also the most comfortable beds we have experienced so far in Europe.
