What a beautiful well run hotel! The employees, facilites, parking garage, location and breakfest are OUTSTANDING!! I would DEFINITELY stay there again. They're even going to mail me a piece of clothing I left in the room. Wish we could have stayed longer.

recently stayed for 2 nights and were upgraded due to our expedia vip status. location- great as it is on the edge of the old town/pedestrian area but accessible by car. we had a gorgeous view of the river and cityscape. the decor is modern. checkin- easy and friendly. parking is available in their garage (which requires a car lift) or across the street in the public garage. we chose the latter so we wouldn't need to worry about access. we got a voucher for a but one get second drink for free from their inviting bar area off of the reception area. spas- there is a pool and sauna in the basement, with beverages and fruit available. on the rooftop there is a steam room, showers, a relaxation room and outdoor patio. clothes are not allowed. i did see some children in robes lying on chaise lounges in the relaxation room though. breakfast- pleasant breakfast with breads, pastries, eggs, deli meats, lots of cheeses, fruit, cereals, yogurts. you can also order special eggs, waffles, etc. overall excellent and above average for a european hotel imo. room- quite modern with a swing chair. soft towels, robes, but no slippers. we had a very cute window seat to look out over the river to the mountains and cityscape of colorful buildings. our room had two single beds set next to each other and a third single bed to the side.. separate long thin water closet, and separate sink/bathtub area. the lighting was fantastic and innovative. no fridge available. overall- a great choice for the price

Great hotel with a cosy atmosphere. Went with 2 other families. The breakfast is awesome. Pool and spa are great too! Giving 4 stars instead of 5 as the only downside is children aren’t allowed in the pool after 6pm. If you go skiing and don’t get back till 5.30/6, there isn’t enough time to get in the pool with the kids. Please consider extending the time to 6.30pm or 7pm.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this perfect little hotel. The location is ideal, right in the centre of the city with the golden roof 5 minute walk away. Central rail station was about 10 minutes walk or the bus/ tram stop 2 minutes away. The hotel is warm and inviting from the moment you enter the staff were welcoming ,friendly and very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of hot or cold options. Our room was overlooking the inner square and was so quiet and peaceful the room was spotlessly clean with a cosy comfortable bed, bathrobes, hairdryer and all the amenities you could need. The wellness area and the pool area are beautiful and so relaxing. We enjoyed our visit to Innsbruck so much we are already planning to return for a little longer and we've already booked this hotel. Well done to the team at Hotel Innsbruck .

This hotel is in an ideal location close to the river and bridge and historic old town. We stayed in room 101 which was a junior suite with a bathtub. Loved the tub, bathroom and amenities, with plenty of room for suitcases and clothes. A wonderful touch was the tap with drinking water from the mountains, with some very nice glassware to use. The bed was really comfortable too. Both the swimming pool and spa on the top floor were superb, very clean and relaxing spaces which we used every day. A great breakfast is available, with a hot and continental buffet and you can also order fresh items from the menu. One issue we felt was our room was too close to the lifts, which resulted in a lot of noise for a premium room. Also being on the 1st floor, the view was not as good as we had hoped. There was also no mini-bar or fridge, and the tea was not replenished although you can ask for this at reception. However we had a really enjoyable stay, with very friendly staff, especially Veronika. You also get a Welcome Card if staying more than 2 nights, which is handy for public transport and gives a good discount on the Nordkette cable car (a must do when visiting Innsbruck!)

Situated close to the river with a view of the snow capped mountains. The hotel was a 10 minute Taxi ride from the train station. The Hotel is very nice from the moment we walked into the reception. We arrived early, but one of our rooms was ready to move our bags into. The rooms were lovely and we had a view into the old town. We used the bar, and had breakfast, both of which were very nice. The staff were very helpful, giving advice on how to get to places in this beautiful city. We would definitely recommend and stay at Das Hotel Innsbruck again. We had a lovely time.

A magical stay during the Christmas markets! The room had a breathtaking river view with its colorful houses and snow-capped mountains. Its proximity to all the Christmas markets was comfortable. The hospitality of the staff added warmth to the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide range of delicious choices. I sincerely look forward to returning to this hotel soon.

We stayed here for 4 nights, a great location and lovely staff. The pool area is beautiful and available all year round. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices to choose from and the staff were great too, and the coffee. I would definitely stay here again.
