The room has a good size, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. It´s 10 minutes close to the city centre by bus and theres a Bus stop in front of the hostel. The towels were really smeling bad, I found a small cockroach in the room close to the bed and the bathroom wasn´t clean.

-Wifi is really, really slow. -Washing machines only accept 20 cent coins and the machines that you put the money into jam. Your wash will also stop in the middle of the wash if you don't put in enough coins. One machine has no display so you don't know how much money to put in. -Kitchen is nice and big,... More

Staff was extremely rude at the reception. Booked several rooms for friends and we had to change rooms three times because first they double booked our room with some other guests so they forced us to leave and we had to wait for hours for the new room (afterwards they tried to charge us for 2 rooms for that day)... It's a hostel. I wasn't expecting much. I didn't need much. I needed somewhere to sleep and somewhere safe to put my stuff, and something to eat in the morning. All those things were great! There communal area downstairs is decent, plenty of seating inside and out, decent wifi too! Bedding is included which saves so much hassle and everything... More

We, a family of five, just slept there and it was ok. To spend the rest of the time there is no point. There is not the slightest cozy. A very 70's design and that is somehow funny. The room we had six people were ok but is very noisy. The doors slam when you close it, because everything is... More

Like other reviews have stated, this place hasnt been updated much at all from the 1970's. The location is ok but there are better options closer to the action of Innsbruck. The price was right and the rooms were reasonably clean. We would consider a return stay if we were on a hostel budget.

Appereantly the building was built in 1976 for the Olympic Games and it shows, because it hasn't been renovated much since then. The first thing that really bothered me was that the e-mail was stating the check-in is only possible after 5pm, but at the arrival the receptionist told me I could've already check-in before 5pm. You have to pay... More

-The guy in reception at night in July 14th asked me to give him 50 € as a deposit for the key of the room, something really incredible that has not ever happen to me till new. Also, he said me that breakfast was till 10 am, but the next morning it was over about 9 am. -The girl in... More

I've stayed in hostels all over Europe and this must be one of the worst. Sure it's clean and tidy, but I would rather be made to feel welcome than made to feel clean! The customer service is appalling - the staff genuinely couldn't care less about you or your stay - and that's if you can find the staff,... More
