Visited Innsbruck recently for one night on our way to Vienna - really should have stayed longer as Innsbruck is so beautiful. We stayed at the centrally located Zach Hotel which was ideal as it is close to the railway station. The hotel is excellent friendly staff lovely rooms with all the mod cons you require and the best breakfast we've had for a long time in the best dining room - beautiful decor and service. We stayed on the 3rd floor and our room was excellent serviced by a lift. Cleanliness was of the best and they even have a little garden and some apartments. As i mentioned earlier the location was excellent near the old town and the Nordette ride. i would recommend this hotel

Excellent staff on reception, particularly Mara who is friendly & professional , she kindly provided us with loads of information and was extremely efficient both on the front desk and at breakfast. The room was comfortable with good layout & very clean. Bathroom was spotless but tiny shower cubicle. Breakfast was great with a large selection to suit all tastes, nicely prepared & well organised.Location is perfect easy walk to train station , old town & all the sights. Good value place to stay.

We stayed at Hotel Zach for 3 nights on a city break. It is conveniently situated between the Old Town and the train/bus station. An easy walk to both. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Good breakfast- usual fare, cheeses ham, fruit, bacon, scrambled egg etc. Turn right out of the Hotel and there is a hop on / hop off bus stop . Again, turn right and there are supermarkets at the end of the street. Reception closes at 10pm so you have to take your key with you. No tea/coffee making facilities in room but there is a coffee machine in Reception, drinks are charged to your room. No bar at the Hotel but there is a vending machine containing beers, soft drinks, wine and snacks. Our room was comfortable and spotless. Not having a bar and tea making facilities did not bother us and I would definitely recommend this Hotel if you are like minded! Thank you to Mara and all the staff for a wonderful stay. From Mrs James Bond!

The place is neat and clean. The location is awesome. The rooms are quite cozy. The breakfast was ok. I would book this hotel only for its location. The staff were quite friendly and helpful too. It was an overall good experience. Though do opt for a non garden facing room. I think those must be better.

Excellent hotel, just 3 mins of walk from the train station (we came in Innsbruck by train) and even less to the town centre. Extremely friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom, excellent breakfast. Wi-Fi not working well (in the room 406). I would definitely choose this hotel again.
